This beautifully decorated Cozumel vacation rental villa features a multitude of amenities and goodies and is within walking distance to a public beach towards the south and the main square downtown to the north.

Completely air conditioned throughout, our 4 bedroom rental villa in Cozumel can comfortably lodge up to eight vacationers and three more can be added for a small additional cost. With four master bedrooms, each featuring king-size beds and en-suite private bath, this villa is well equipped and filled with amenities you will love and appreciate. For greater guest privacy, the villa is divided into two separate units, each with 2 master bedrooms and baths, living/dining area and full kitchen. The architect who designed Villas Topaz even made sure that no bedrooms share a common wall. Both the kitchens are fully-equipped with modern appliances including spice racks and beautiful hand painted margarita glasses. There is a gas barbeque grill with a sink and food preparation area to host some sizzling cookout gatherings. Enjoy lounging in one of the double size hammocks under the large palapa covered patio.

Other amenities offered are two safes for valuables, telephones for local calls and if you bring a laptop with a USB port, we can provide a magicJack unit to make free calls to the U.S. or Canada. There is a dive rinse tank, secure drying areas for scuba or snorkeling equipment and off street parking inside the gates. Complimentary Maid Service is included in the rental.

For your enjoyment, this Cozumel villa rental features color TV's with cable service, free wireless high-speed Internet access (bring your laptop) DVD players, a fine selection of DVD movies, CD players, music CDs along with a reading library. Relax in a cushioned lounge chair around the pool or in the tropical garden as you listen to the gentle sound of water cascading from the natural rock fountain into the slightly raised level of your private outdoor pool. Beach towels are provided for guests and there are pool and beach toys too. We also provide coolers and umbrellas to take to the beach plus canvas beach mats with back supports.

Located in the Corpus Cristi residential area of Cozumel, this is considered by many to be the nicest residential area on Cozumel and certainly it's one of the most convenient.

You are less than 500 yards from the oceanfront street, walking distance to a couple of major grocery stores, and a number of restaurants. About 3/4 mile to the south is the nearest public beach and 3/4 mile to the north is the main square downtown.

The Cozumel airport is about 15 minutes away and the golf course at Cozumel Country Club is about 20 minutes away.
