Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: 50% deposit required on rental rate due at booking. Balance of 50% due 30 days prior to check in date. RATE CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME CALL FOR RATE
Other Fees: Crescent Bar Resorts Inc shall collect a security deposit for each rental of in the amount of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00)refundable within 3-5 business days dependant on condition of home at check out.

We loved the quality of this condo unit. The amenities were perfect (good kitchen appliances, cookware, and even some coffee in the pantry). The layout was excellent. Beds in perfect condition. We loved being right on the golf course, which was small but fun for an evening excursion. Didn't try the pool, bud did rent jet skies down the road and enjoyed that. Would highly recommend this place. It was delightful.

So glad we stayed here. Nice view, nice weather, nice house. This is a really cool little resort. If it were a little warmer it woulda been fun to play in the river.
