Description of the Crescent Bar vacation home rental

Crescent Bar River Front Community in Crescent Bay Resort located in Quincy Washington. This home features 2450 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with room to sleep up to 8.

The home sits on a private lot on a dead end street with a stream on one side and the main Columbia river out front ready for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has granite counters, designer finishes and is furnished with all you will need for your vacation stay. The living room houses a flat screen for your evening entertainment and large area to lounge about.

On the back patio there is a BBQ ready for your handy work.

Master bedroom is on the main the floor and hosts a King bed with an attached 5 piece bath.

Main guest room is located on the second floor and hosts a queen bed with stunning views of the Columbia river.

Third bedroom is also located on the second floor and hosts, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. There is also an additional queen bed in this room.

To make your stay as convenient as possible there are stacked washer and dyer in the laundry room located on the first floor.

This home is perfect if you'd like to go boating on the river, lay by the pool in the neighborhood, visit the gym, try any of the 3 restaurants in the Crescent Bar area, play 9-18 holes of golf, wine taste at any of the local wineries or just
relax and enjoy the sun.

Area Information

Bring your water skis, wakeboard or your surfboard and enjoy everything the Columbia has to offer. With World Class skiing tauting miles of glass every morning! Jet Ski in the afternoon or enjoy the 2 golf courses, community tennis courts, and community pool.

There are three restaurants in Crescent Bar for your dining pleasure. Sunfire Grill, Tower Pizza, and SandTrap Bar and Grill. There are also three coffee shops for you to get your morning and afternoon buzz. Sunfire Coffee and Ice Cream, The Corner Coffee Shop and Wine, and also Elke's Coffee.

This home is in the newest neighborhood of Single Family Homes at Crescent Bar. This neighborhood is very family friendly.

Minutes away from local Wineries (White Heron, Jones Winery, Cave B) just to name a few. The boat launch for the Columbia River is just minutes away in the marina, and The Gorge Concerts are 45 minutes drive time.

Best spot for a gorge concert retreat

This was a super rental for a group of 8 of us making a long weekend out of the recent Journey concert at the Gorge Amphitheater. The web site is well laid out and the place was spectacular just as the pictures and descriptions showed. The owner was very professional and handled the rental very efficiently. We found and closed on this in one day. Plenty of space for a large group and separation for a little quite time. This place is right along the waterfront and an end unit so more secluded than other properties in the neighborhood. There is also a community pool that had ipod connectivity for a little music at the pool in the nice weather. There were a lot of friendly people to visit with while catching some sun and fun in the pool. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect weather in eastern Washington and maybe catch a concert or tour the wineries.
