Description of the Crescent City vacation cabin rental

Charming riverfront cabin located on the majestic Smith River. World known for Steelehead and Salmon fishing. Furnished, two bedroom, one bath with large living room. Laminate flooring throughout and open beam cedar ceiling. Large windows to view the river as you relax. Sleeps at least 6 with room for more if necessary.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including coffee maker, blender, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, toaster, pots and pans, etc.

Lot is partially fenced and is over an acre of lawn to run around on, put up volleyball nets on, play croquet, etc.

If you are looking for a getaway in Northern California, then Crescent City is the place to come.

Crescent City offers all of the natural beauty that has made the region famous, with its state parks, beautiful coastlines, and majestic redwood forests. There are plenty of activities for the active vacationer, including hiking, climbing, biking, river rafting, kayaking, and fishing. The beaches are also great for surfing and swimming, or even just sunbathing and relaxing. Crescent City also has wonderful museums and galleries that help make it one of the top vacation destinations in northern California.

We loved our stay at this lovely cabin. The river was literaly out the back door along with a peaceful mountain view. The Crescent city area-ocean and big trees was beautiful, fun, and interesting to explore. I highly recomend the "boyscout trail" in the big trees just outside of Crescent city.

Loved the view of the Smith River, quite beautiful. Cabin was comfortable once we learned how to use the pellet stove. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't warm when we got there. After 11+ hours in the car I really just wanted to relax and not have to figure something out, but it worked out okay. Jed. Smith state park is close, nice to do some exploring there. Crescent city is close also, the beach was nice and we managed to get some nice photos. Eureka is a bit of a drive, 80 miles turns into almost 2 hour drive when you account for the curves and slow traffic, but there's a brewery there (Lost Coast) that is worth the drive. Bed in the cabin is a little on the hard side and there are some ants to deal with but overall it's a nice relaxing place with fabulous views.
