Description of the Crestline vacation home rental

The house is located at 24466 Horst Drive, Crestline, California.

It is near by Lake Gregory regional park. You can walk to the lake within a minute.

The house is surrounded by big pine, cedar and oak trees. The air is tinted with fresh pine needle smell, so good that you want to bag it to bring it back home with you. It has peaceful lake and mountain views.

This house has three levels. Please click the link to see the pictures of each level.

Top level (See pictures):
living room, formal dining room with lake view, half bath, family room with lake view, kitchen with lake view, a deck with lake view, fireplace, two car garages with level entrance. There are 5 parking spots in this level.

Middle level (See pictures):
4 bedrooms and 2 full bathes, one of the bedrooms has a private deck with lake view.

Bottom level (See pictures):
2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is another kitchen and a live room at this level. You can park 3-4 cars at this level. There is an entrance at this level, from here you can walk to the lake in 1 - 2 minutes. There are at least 3 parking spots at this level.

About sleeping:
We have 2 king size beds, 2 full size beds, 9 twin size beds, and 1 extra large futon. If you don't mind sleeping on sofa, there are 6 sofa sleeping spaces available. Feel free to bring sleeping bags and sleep on the floor. The house can host 32 people according to the permit issued by the county.

About cooking:
There are 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, plenty of silverware and plates. Coffee maker, pots and pans.

Entertainment:
There is BBQ on the patio; TV/DVD in living room and office room. There are some games and lots of movies.

Please no smoking, no pet.

The Rate:
We offer 20% discount based on following price at normal days. Holiday is full price.

$500/day, $2800/week (Holiday Season $3000/Week), $6000/month + one time cleaning fee of $60 + bed tax (7%).

Weekend package:
2 days package 950.00 + tax (7%). The cleaning fee is included.
3 days package: 1350.00 + tax (7%). The cleaning fee is included.

Security deposit:
Refundable $150.
