Very nice location and views of the mountains. Plenty of room inside the house for several families and plenty of outdoor space for small children to explore. Would definately recommend.

Great Family Place, December 28, 2008
By Katina Clingerman (Colorado Springs, CO)
We Spent our Christmas Holiday here with our whole family. WONDERFUL. We used the fire pit outside as the sleds under the porch. The Christmas Tree was perfect and the house was so well stocked. We saw many deer right outside and used the wood burning stove. Dealing with the owner was a true pleasure. Very helpful and even checked on us making sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kids loved the toy box and great movie selection. This really is a great place if you have a large group. We brought 4 households together and we not on top of one another. Plenty of room. We will stay here again. Oh and being so dog friendly was wonderful. This was my dogs last christmas as she is on her way out and being able to have her there with us meant the world. She loves snow and got to spend a lot of her days out in it. Thanks for the wonderful family memories!!!
