Description of the Cruz Bay vacation condo rental
Seagrape is a beautifully decorated 2- bedroom condo situated on Battery Hill, overlooking Cruz Bay. 5 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, taxis and Frank Bay.
Battery HIll is a small complex, very charming, with laundry facilities, pool, gas grill, and ample parking lot. A bird sanctuary is nearby and you might see peacocks in our parking lot!!
Mike and I have owned our island home for 10 years, and just started renting 2 years ago.. We've newly remodelled our bathroom with surround-mirrors , granite counter and stone bowl sink that I carried through 3 airports to have installed! Our kitchen has mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, glass topped stove,and deep stainless steel sink.
Our patio is connected to the living room and has marvellous views of sail boats coming and going, and looking at the islands around St. John is awesome! Coffee in the morning or a cocktail after a hard day at the beach is the thing to do!!! Or use your computer--we have WiFi...
Seagrape also has cable TV, DVD, CD player, playing cards, etc.- everything you'll need to relax after hiking Margaret Hill, or Lind Point Trail..
Don't forget the beachs--famous Trunk Bay, Hawksnest, Cinnamon, Solomon, and many more. They are so beautiful and the water really is turquoise and crystal clear.
We love our island home and you will too.
Area Information
The Caribbean is gorgeous- Frank Bay is just 5 minutes from Seagrape, our condo ,and has great snorkelling. The beaches are famous for their beauty and are very easy to get to.
Want to hike? Many hiking trails, ancient petroglyph markings,old sugar mills and plantations. You will see wild donkeys, deer, goats, there is even a local pig, who is the pet of one of our neighbors and who loves to take walks and be petted!
The restaurants are awesome--LaTapa, ZoZo's at the Sugar Mill at Caneel Bay,
the Terrace, Driftwood David's (great ribs), Morgan's Mangoe, the Lime Inn, and many more.
You will love St. John and our island home.
