ALL RATES REDUCED BY 20%: All Suites are air conditioned, have a kitchenette/kitchen, private bathrooms with shower, dinette, beach equipment, food and free Wi-Fi.

Located in a residential area nearby to Frank Bay Beach. From on top this hill you can see St. Thomas and surrounding small islands spelled "cays"; pronounced "keys".
No traffic lights, just stop signs to control traffic. The speed limit in town is 10 mph and out of town its 20 mph.

I just wanted to say thanks for a fine stay at your guest house. After working in Antarctica for a year, a tropical thaw-out is always in order.
The accommodation was great, and I had a lovely time on St. John.

Phyllis, Thanks so much for a wonderful stay at St. John. We think your Hillcrest Guest House is the best place to stay on the island. Your front Suite and balcony have the best view of all of Cruz Bay. The Complimentary food was wonderful, but the best part was how nice you were to both of us. We'll highly recommend your place to everyone and we hope we get to come back to stay again (& you can quoete our opinion to anyone you want).
