All Suites are air conditioned, have a kitchenette/kitchen, private bathrooms with shower, dinette, beach equipment, food and free Wi-Fi.

April 16-November 15-Low Season
1-2 People: $165/day or $1000/week.
3-4 People: $195/day or $1100/week.
November 16 to April 15-High Season
1-2 People: $225/day or $1300/week.
3-4 People: $245/day or $1400/week.
Plus 8% tax.

Area Description
Located in a residential area nearby to Frank Bay Beach. From on top this hill you can see St. Thomas and surrounding small islands spelled "cays"; pronounced "keys".
No traffic lights, just stop signs to control traffic. The speed limit in town is 10 mph and out of town its 20 mph.
Beaches are minutes away via walking and driving.
