You have your own boat dock, actually two of them, and 200' of bulkhead to enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets in Texas. This home has all the amenities you could ask for. A hammock hangs in the master bedroom for your comfort as well as a few downstairs. Need to burn off the morning coffee? Go drive a few golf balls on your own driving range and shoot them over the intracoastal canal.

Perfect for fishing and crabbing along the bulkhead, or take the boat out of the boat slip/dock and head on out to the bay or the ocean and get a fish on. Whatever you catch will be pefectly cooked in the outdoor kitchen overlooking the sunset.

Amazing home, view, location and service!

This home was above all of our expectations. Our first thought upon getting out of car was WOW. "Crystal Beach Villa" should be the first home you check out. The master bedroom is huge with views you will never forget. and the master bath was just as impressive. The owners left no stone unturned when designing, decorating and furnishing this home. They have platters and any utensil you could ever need. The whole pantry is full of huge pots, plates any serving dish needed. When you lease this home all you need to bring is few pair of shorts, bathing suit, beach towel and sunscreen. Upon arriving the owner came by to show us how to work everything which was quiet helpful as there are stereo system, lighting, anything you can imagine CBV has it. The three other bedrooms on main floor are very spaciaous and beautifully decorated. There are balconies off every bedroom and the views are gorgeous. Hammocks are all over the home as well as in the master bedroom. On the bottom floor there is another cottage like room with two sets of bunk beds and two double futon beds. It also has bathroom and refrigorator, coffee pot and microwave. On the deck under house are lots of picnic tables, shuffle board, golf balls to shoot across the bay, washers, and great places to sit enjoy view, nap or read. .Location of this home is great as it is very accessable to beach.Not to overlook the fact that you can step out and fish or jump in your boat from the dock of the house. I wish we fr would have spent at least a week as 4 days was not enough time to enjoy this beautiful home.The pictures on site do not say enough about Crystal Beach Villa. Stay you will not be dissappointed.

Incredible home

I just spent 4 days at this property and the pictures do not do the home justice. It's amazing! Everything is new, the view is great and you have instant access to fishing in East Bay. I plan to stay in this home again a year from now. If you're looking for a 5 start quiet, waterfront home that's off the beaten path, this is it.
