Warm Gulf breezes will greet you upon your arrival at this beautiful beachfront home. YOu will find everything you need for you and your famiy to enjoy your vacation on the Gulf of Mexico. "Smitten" is brand new to the rental market and has been beautifully maintained by its owners.
This home is located in "The Biscayne" which is a private, gated community in Port Bolivar/Crystal Beach, Texas, just 6 miles east of Galveston-Bolivar Ferry. You can watch the dolhons jump fron the deck of this spacious 2500sf home, which has four bedrooms, all with beautiful views and spectacular sunrises to wake up to.

The large center island with concrete countertops will be the center of your entertaining and has seating for 6. The beautiful European white oak dining table has seating for 8.

The large family room has two seating areas, one around fireplace and one around the TV with satellite and DVD.

Out on the deck under the covered portion, you have a large dining table made of Eucalyptus with seating for 8. The uncovered deck area has two incredibly comfortable double chaise lounges with a handy pull=out tray for cocktails.

This home perfect accomodations for two familes as there are two master suites.

Imagine a privately gated beachfront subdivision where every lot has a breathtaking view of the beach. The Biscayne is located on the southwestern tip of the Bolivar Peninsula where the beach and dune areas are growing rather than eroding from normal tidal flow. With only one main street and two rows of homes, the developers have created a unique blend of home sites by placing the second row lots on their own private lake in secluded cul de sacs. Add a park and recreation area, as well as access to a 350 acre land preserve, and you've found a small piece of paradise!
