Come and stay at this lovely home located in the pristine community of "The Biscayne". La Bella Vita is located in this beautiful gated community on the west end of the Bolivar Peninsula. This home is elegantly decorated and has a large and partly covered deck to enjoy the sun and surf. La Bella Vita is a 2nd row home with a wonderful ocean view. This quiet and private neighborhood has a lake located directly behind this home. The Biscayne has several community walkovers directly to the beach and one golf cart bridge. There is no "vehicle" access to and from the beach, only pedestrian and golf carts, so you will enjoy peaceful nights and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This beautiful 1774 sq ft beach home is located in Port Bolivar, Texas 77650.

Area Information

The Biscayne is located on the southwestern tip of the Bolivar Peninsula where the beach and dune areas are growing rather than eroding from normal tidal flow. With only one main street and two rows of homes, the developers have created a unique blend of home sites by placing the second row lots on their own private lake in secluded cul de sacs.
