This adorable mountain cottage is perfect for a small family,a couple,or single. the yard is surrounded by trees .
We have a screened in back porch,and a beautiful spring fed lake for swimming,fishing and boating, just 200 feet away. The floors are cherry hardwood and all appliances are brand new, including W/D. The double bed has a new boxspring and new mattress, the futon couch opens to a full bed. We have SKIING MOUNTAINS NEARBY AND A BRAND NEW CAST IRON GAS STOVE so you can watch the flames while you drink your hot mulled cider . The Delaware River is 7 miles away, the Neversink River is down the mountain. Hiking,skiing,boating,and antiquing are yours, or relax at home with the quiet night sky.

My family and I live in Florida and were looking for an alternative to staying at a hotel while on vacation. My daughters and I spent alot of time swimming and kayaking in the lake which was suprisingly warm.The owners are very nice.The high speed internet worked great.If you have children bring their favorite DVDs.Perfect for winding down at night. My husband and I spent one week at the cottage with our 5 year old chocolate lab and loved every moment of it.We went fishing while there at the lake and the river.It was relaxing and the owner of the property is a wonderful person. No complaints at all. It was even beautiful when it rained! We are planning on another trip there but next time we are taking family.
