Description of the Cudjoe Key vacation cottage rental

Our one bedroom, one bath home can accommodate up to six persons. The private bedroom has a queen size bed, and two sofas beds in the livingroom also open to queen size beds. Linens provided. Basic cable TV and Wi-fi at no extra charge.
The kitchen has a four burner stove top, a conventional oven, a microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.
In a gated community called Venture Out.
Please no smoking inside, ashtrays on patios.
Sorry, no pets.

Marathon Rental on Sombrero Blvd

July 30, 2012

Rented a one bedroom condo 19 Sombrero Blvd. Had bedroom with two queen beds and sleeper sofa. Had dock on water out back with nice pool that had a Tiki Bar. Location was excellent as it was across from Golf Course and 1/4 mile from Publix and KMart. This was a good staging ground for our Lobster season at about $695 for the week. Condo was clean and well kept. But, I recommend bringing extra dishes just to be safe.
