Description of the Cudjoe Key vacation home rental
We pride our home on its comfort and cleanliness and have
been told we have one of the nicest 2BD/2BA
NON-waterfront rental homes in Venture Out Resorts. Read our reviews from past renters. (Also check our availability calendar for your dates.)
The light and bright two bedroom, two bath home/mobile is a tropical paradise. With beautiful bamboo floors, Tommy Bahama furniture, and granite counter tops. The roomy living room has a FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD, comfy couch, 2 rattan chairs. Each room is light and bright and always sparkling clean. And CENTRAL AIR keeps you cool and comfortable.
Adjacent to the living room is the great big eat in kitchen with a gorgeous palm carved dining room table with room for 6. People always end up in the kitchen - and in this kitchen it is because you just won't want to leave! Windows all around let in the morning light and the views of bright green palms and banana trees. Bright white kitchen with bead board wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, top of the line Maytag stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door are just the beginning. Incredible dishes, wine glasses, all the pots and pans you need, coffee maker and MORE.
The master bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, rattan dresser and night stand and a large mirrored closet. Right next to the master is a bathroom with big walk-in shower with a stacked Maytag WASHER AND DRYER - top of the line in the closet. Towels and linens are provided.
The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed with rattan dresser, small TV w/VCR, nightstand and a bathroom right next to it. The second bath has a tiled tub for those of you who love to soak.
Also in the home are TWO single AIR MATTRESSES w/electric pump for extra guests or children. This set up makes the perfect place for two couples, guests who come over, or a family.
Our back yard is completely surrounded by potted hibiscus, traveler palms, and areccas. There is a table for 6 perfect for outdoor meals. BBQ on the large gas grill. If you use the grill please clean after using.
Our home is beautiful and we would love for you to make a few happy memories of your own here!
PETS MAY BE ALLOWED WITH A $50-$100 NONREFUNDABLE PET FEE. We recommend "no bark" collars if your dog barks in your absence. They are great training tools.
Area Information
A short drive to Key West, Big Pine or Marathon to enjoy day trips and come home and relax. There are several nice
restaurants close by. For the beach goers enjoy a day at Bahia Honda State Park with long beaches and picnic area to.

This rental is well maintained and clean. A great place to relax as it was in a quiet neighborhood . It was well within reach of restaurants and shopping with a little drive. We noticed good breezes a lot of the time and this made the stay much more enjoyable.

Comfortable Getaway

A comfortable roomy place for our family of five. Very clean and well managed property. Venture Out has a lot to offer from lounging around the pool, to fishing/boating or snorkling in the protected cove. The convenience store is an added plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very clean affordable stay in the Florida Keys. Beats any $115 hotel room by far !!

There was plenty of room for the six of us. We bought fish at the nearby fish market, grilled outside, and ate at th large dining room table. It was close to diving/snorkeling Key Looe.

We stayed there for approx 1 week we had a blast. The cottage is in excellent condition. The community it is in is also great. The pool and kiddie pool were perfect for my family. We will definitly be staying here again soon.

We loved our time here the staff was awesome the environment was perfect being right on the ocean was a dream. Great to work with and couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!!!! The only drawback was the 15 minutes to drive to key west, but this was a benefit at the same time didn't have to sleep with the spring breakers still partying. Fantastic spot we'll be back!!!

We had a wonderful time, although the weather was not as nice as we would have preferred. We did not get to use the pool as often as we wanted, since it was too cool. But we enjoyed the community get-togethers such as TGIF, movies, exercise, and games. Meeting the people from all over the country was great. Hope to do it next year!

We stayed at your home-away-from-home for two months. We really wanted to get away for an extended period of time. We had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The community of Venture Out was very friendly, safe, and easy to get around. Frankly, I have never felt safer while on vacation. And, best of all, we were able to have our beloved pets with us. The rules regarding pets are reasonable and the community is very "pet friendly." There are absolutely gorgeous tennis courts (2) and there are lights for night play. The huge pool is heated and terrific for an evening swim, after tennis, or any time. There was plenty of room in our home, and the place was meticulous and well kept. Kitchen was very conducive for cooking and "eating in." Of course, there were fabulous restaurants, very close by, (all very casual attire) for the mouth watering "catch of the day." Everyone was very friendly and easy going within the community. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental for anyone who wants to have a great vacation. Stayed Jan & Feb, 2012!!
