Description of the Cudjoe Key vacation home rental

For a TROPICAL VACATION come to our beautiful designer furnished cottage at Venture Out Resort on Cudjoe Key. We provide two bicycles for your enjoyment!!!

The light and bright two bedroom, two bath home/mobile is a tropical paradise. With beautiful bamboo floors, Tommy Bahama furniture, and granite counter tops - you will think you walked into a home right out of "Designer Homes." The roomy living room has a FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD, comfy couch, 2 rattan chairs. Each room is light and bright and always sparkling clean. And CENTRAL AIR keeps you cool and comfortable.

Adjacent to the living room is the great big eat in kitchen with a gorgeous palm carved dining room table with room for 6. People always end up in the kitchen - and in this kitchen it is because you just won't want to leave! Windows all around let in the morning light and the views of bright green palms and banana trees.(4 new windows were installed in September.) Custom bead board wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, top of the line Maytag stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door are just the beginning. Incredible dishes, wine glasses, all the pots and pans you need, coffee maker and MORE.

The master bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, rattan dresser and night stand and a large mirrored closet. Right next to the master is a bathroom with big shower, the cutest bamboo faucet, and a stacked Maytag WASHER AND DRYER - top of the line. Towels are provided. And of course our sheets are only of the highest quality.

The second bedroom - has a new wood look floor - also has a QUEEN bed with rattan dresser, nightstand and a bathroom right next to it. The second bath has a tiled tub for those of you who love to soak. A 2nd TV and VCR have been added. Also in the home is a QUEEN AEROBED for extra guests or children. This set up makes the perfect place for two couples, guests who come over, or a family. A folding crib has been added for babies, up to about a year old.

Our back yard is completely surrounded by potted hibiscus, traveler palms, and areccas. There is a table for 6 perfect for outdoor meals. There is also one section where a lounge chair is set up for sunning. A new Coleman gas grill has been added.

Our home is beautiful and we would love for you to make a few happy memories of your own here!

Area Description

Our home is located in Venture Out Resort, an oceanfront all age resort with gated security, a MARINA, store, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, etc. Olympic size heated pool overlooking the ocean and a kiddie pool, hot tub/spa. Tennis, basketball, bingo, even pancake breakfast on Saturdays during the winter season.
A short drive to Key West, Big Pine or Marathon to enjoy day trips and come home and relax. There are several nice
restaurants close by. For the beach goers and day at Bahia
Honda State Park is a treat with long beaches and picnic area to.

A VERY FRIENDLY COMMUNITY. COME ENJOY!!

Awesome little cottage, June 16, 2009

We stayed there for approx 1 week we had a blast. The cottage is in excellent condition. The community it is in is also great. The pool and kiddie pool were perfect for my family. We will definitly be staying here again soon.

We loved our time here the staff was awesome the environment was perfect being right on the ocean was a dream. Great to work with and couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!!!! The only drawback was the 15 minutes to drive to key west, but this was a benefit at the same time didn't have to sleep with the spring breakers still partying. Fantastic spot we'll be back!!!

We had a wonderful time, although the weather was not as nice as we would have preferred. We did not get to use the pool as often as we wanted, since it was too cool. But we enjoyed the community get-togethers such as TGIF, movies, exercise, and games. Meeting the people from all over the country was great. Hope to do it next year!
