A stone fire pit is located out back of the cottage for those who enjoy a roaring campfire. Relax in our brand new 6 person Hot Tub overlooking the River.

Take in a morning cup of coffee / tea while rocking on the porch overlooking the river. Free from the bustle of hurried living, you will be able to relax among the tall trees that surround the cottage.

Listen to the birds sing and relax, unwind and breathe in the cool mountain air.

Area Description

In Cullowhee at an elevation of 2400 ft., located between Sylva and Cashiers. Private but close to WCU and shopping.

The cottage is 15 minutes to Dillsboro, Smoky Mtn Railroad and Lakes. Within 30 minutes of Cherokee, Smoky Mtn. National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and Ski Resorts.

Deposits: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount will be due 10 days from the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Master Card & Visa are accepted. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date. SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100-$500: Will be secured by holding a credit card number. My husband and 3 friends thought the house was very comfortable.Some bedrooms are small, one is in a loft- but they were perfectly happy.The rental process was smooth and personal, the house was clean, porch great- and best of all- right on the delayed harvest part of the Tuck. Will return!
