Description of the Cutler Bay vacation home rental

Well designed pool home is perfect for great family gatherings or simply relaxing vacation. Spacious parking available for several cars,boat or RV. Near the Back Point Marina.

Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in beds. Furnished King, Queen and 4 twin beds. One can be converted to a king on request. One twin sofa sleeper in living room. Pack n Play, Crib and High Chair available. Maximum capacity in home is 9 guests.

Since I do spend some time in the home, (family in the Coral Gables ), guests will find it filled with lovely art, well equipped kitchen and a pool area that will beckon you to come outside.

Large screened HDTV along with Blu Ray/PS 3 in family room. Master bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Beach chairs, Pool towels, small and large coolers are available for your use in going to the beach. Spices for cooking are available for your use.

Pancake grills, blenders, waffle maker and lot more for cooking enjoyment.

Pool heating available for the cool Miami Nights. Pool fence along with self locking gates is must for children. Fenced backyard for small dogs. No cats.

Please Note: My neighbor rents her 3 bedroom pool home for families that need more space.

Area Information

Home is located in the town of Cutler Bay which is around 30 minutes south of the Miami Airport. Cutler Bay is 45 minutes to South Beach and about the same to Key Largo. This is a wonderful location for families. Less than 10 minutes to Black Point Marina if you are bringing your boat. Miami Zoo is 15 minutes away and Monkey Jungle around 20 minutes. Palmetto Golf Course is 10 minutes. Falls Shopping Center and Southland Shopping Center are both around 15 minutes. Deering Estates is less than 10 minutes.
