Deposits: A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the property. We will not consider the prospective dates "booked" until the deposit is made. This will be applied toward rental total. Balance is payable 45 days prior to your arrival via personal check, credit card, traveler's check, money order, or cashier's check. All rates are listed without tax. Appropriate taxes will be added to your bill.
Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee will be assessed for all rentals. Holiday rentals are $350 per night with a 3 night minimum.

Great weekend get-away, September 29, 2009

The property manager communicated with us in a timely manner. The rental fee compared well with other rentals in the area. The facility matched the description on your web site. The accommodations were comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for our family's weekend retreat. The garden was well maintained and added a homey touch to the property. We particularly liked the rocking chairs on the porch. It would have been nice to have one or more on the back porch. We made use of the pier, the barbecue grill and the fire pit. Our family of twelve ranged in age from 3 years to sixty-eight years and each of us had a great weekend. We will recommend this site to others.

my husband and i rented this home for my 37th birthday, we had a fabulous time. other couples joined us and we really thought the property was beautiful!. we fished, floated on the lake, grilled out and just really enjoyed the scenery.. we will definately be back.

The house is very awesome. I enjoyed the environment. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this loving home. The house is so warming that as soon as you step into the house you want to rent extra days. There was plenty room for the very LARGE family that I have. The ladies are very nice and were there whenever I needed something I could just call them and they were very helpful. Overall this was an experience that my family and I will cherish and remember for years to come. It is going to be hard to top this vacation for next years family vacation.
