THIS IS AN UPPER UNIT CONDO WITH NO ONE ABOVE YOU.
IT IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX SO YOU GET TO ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL BLUEWATER OCEANVIEW!!
All New Windows,Louver Wood Doors,Plantation Shutters and Bamboo Floors. The Dining Area has Ceiling to Floor Mirrors and a Marble Dining Table with Designer Chairs. The State of the Art Kitchen is fully stocked. One patio is off the Kitchen and has a Gas Grill for Al Fresco Dining.

everything we needed for a very comfortable stay

We came back from our Dana Point trip a few weeks ago, and kids are still talking about how nice the condo was! The location was perfect to beach access. The Strand Vista Park was right across from the condo (about 10 steps), and it was a short walk to the park and the beach. The funicular was perfect for my mom to get to the beach as she has been having problems with her knees. The condo provides everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay as we were traveling with two kids under 12 and my mother. The heated the pool at the condo was very relaxing for late night swim. Overall, a great experience for us and I would highly recommend the property.

I recently stayed in this unit and found it to be very comfortable for my family and myself. Beach access was across the street and the views were just spectacular. Although, going down the ramps/steps were much easier than going up. The location was also an easy walk to town or a stroll down to the well known Ritz Carlton/Dana Point. The interior was recently renovated and the owners supplied all the extra necessities. There were four of us and I think that is the perfect number for the unit. Overall, a great experience for us and I would highly recommend the property. We would definitely go back!
