Our vacation rental ocean view condo in Dana Point is at the FRONT ROW of Niguel Beach Terrace complex along the OCEANSIDE of Pacific Coast Highway at the end of Selva Road. It sits on top of the cliff with ocean view from dining area with elegant dining table so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or evening dinner. Watch the sailboats go by while enjoying the cool ocean breezes of the Pacific South Coast. Our condo is just less than a minute walk to the pool & 2 jacuzzis and also just 1 minute walk to the Beach Access. Beach showers and car park is just accross the complex. Great for your HONEYMOON...GETAWAYS..RETREAT AND peaceful sanctuary!!
It is TURNKEY ready for you and your family to enjoy. Wheelchair accessible and FULLY FURNISHED! We got 2 carpeted bedrooms and 2 full size bath. This is the largest 2 bedrooms in the complex (nearly 1100 square feet) and has 2 private patios for barbecues, relaxing and having fun! The master bedroom has king size bed, oak wood cabinets, private bathroom, Cable TV with DVD, AM/FM alarm clock, cordless phone that you can use locally without extra charge and connecting sliding door to the main patio. The second bedroom has queen size bed with additional futon for additional occupancy, AM/FM alarm clock, wooden cabinets and sliding door connecting to the second patio. The bathrooms has big mirror and vanity, stocked with bathroom tissues, bath soap, conditioner, hairdyer and fresh towels. The living room was just upgraded with new sectional sofa and as day bed with Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, Board Games and High speed Internet Access. A GREAT PLACE for you to RELAX after your great outdoor adventure while watching tv or listening to your favorite music. FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN has everything you need to cook a great meal for your family during your stay. From spices to tea, from small to big appliances, from flatware to dinnerware. The closet have flat iron, high chair, portable crib, towels and linens. Condo is light, bright and clutter free with lots of storage.

My family and I enjoyed our short walk to the beach, our morning coffee near Ritz Carlton. We also enjoyed our visit to Dana Point Harbor and to Marine Institute. Everything was so convenient like going to groceries and a variety of eating establishments!
My kids enjoyed surfing and want more. After a day at the beach the jacuzzi was relaxing and the beds are comfortable. We are glad that we choosed your condo for our vacation in Dana Point it is just short walk to beach access, very quiet for a relaxing vacations and it was everything we'd hoped for and more.

My wife and two boys stayed at the condo for 5 days. it was quite nice. our vacation to cozumel had gotten canned because of hurricane dean and so we scrambled last minute and found this place on the web. it was as mike had told us and we enjoyed a nice time away from the home, close to the ocean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay close to the ocean in orange county for a short vacation.
The only thing is that it doesnt have a/c and so be prepared to use the fans that are amply provided in the place. the evenings are nice and cool though and so it wasnt really a bother.
place is clean and the complex is safe and well maintained.

Having the beach toys and chairs were so handy and my nephew came to visit so the high chair and pack-n-play were also very welcome. This is one of the nicest beach in California! Your place is well maintained and clean. You are right, the pool and jacuzzi are just less than a minute from your doorsteps and we enjoyed going there everyday! We went to Dana Point Harbor and enjoyed strolling there. We bought some knicknacks back home and we still talking about going back in your place. I know that we will get the warm welcome and feel home again there. I will surely recommend this to my friends!
