This newly furnished and remodeled downstairs unit offers nearly 1400 square feet of luxury living space. A very private backyard with an in ground pool and spa is perfect for entertaining. The pool is not shared with the upstairs unit. Ceiling fans throughout keeps the house cool on hot summer days.

The upstairs unit is also available for renting with the title of "Capo Paradise with Private Balcony."

A 10 minute stroll takes you to Capistrano Beach and Doheny State Beach for fun in the sand and water. If sand isn't your thing, stay on top of the bluffs at nearby Pines Park and Palisades Gazebo Park for a 180 degree view of Southern California's magnificent coastline.

Required Stay: 2 nights minimum
Deposits: 50% of total (including tax, cleaning, and security deposit) due at time of reservation with the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Any unused portion of the security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure. Cancellations made outside of 30 days are fully refundable. Cancellations made inside of 30 days will result in the forfeiture of all funds unless a replacement booking (another renter books the entire period that is to be cancelled) can be made.

We highly recommend this property - it's spacious, clean and provides everything you need for your vacation. Plenty of beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus sand and pool toys. There's a whole cupboard of white fluffy bath towels! The kitchen is well equipped too - all appliances you need, plus foil, cling wrap, coffee filters and condiments. Everything was perfect and we certainly hope to return.

We brought a small group of teenagers from our church and the house was perfect! The beach was close by and the area was totally peaceful and relaxing. Good price too!

This house was so clean and met all of our needs, there was enough space for two families and everybody slept comfortably. The pool is the highlight of the house, it is very clean and it's a LOT of fun. Great house to spend a relaxing vacation in!

This property is great, would definitely stay here again. Everything you could want is already in the property, ie towels, beach towels, pool equipment, essentials like wash powder, tea bags, coffee etc. Very close to beach and half way between LA and San Diego.

My friends and I chose this wonderful house for our annual California beach vacation and were so happy when we arrived! The house is spacious and bright with skylights in the kitchen and master bedroom. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. We spent mornings by the pool and afternoons at the beach, a 5 min drive away. The house has everything you will need for a great beach vacation.
