This home has been carefully decorated and is beautiful as well as comfortable. The appliances and TVs are modern. The hot tub is a great way to get the little ones warmed up or the adults chilled out. Open up our half door and let the breeze in and the good times too!

Area Description

Capistrano Beach, while possessing its own zip code, is in fact a part of the city of Dana Point in Orange County, California. It is bordered by San Clemente to the south and Laguna Beach to the north. Other nearby cities include Monarch Beach and San Juan Capistrano. Capistrano Beach is one of the few remaining "beach towns" in Orange County. It has avoided much of the commercialization of the surrounding areas, and remains a unique and charming place with a "small town" atmosphere.

Capo Beach, as it is sometimes referred to, is situated along the coast on the southern end of Dana Point. Homes range from beach cottages to some of the finest real estate in Orange County.

Easy access to the 5 freeway. Within an hour's drive of Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Disneyland and the many attractions of Balboa Park. There are shops and restaurants within 5 miles in either direction to Dana Point and San Clemente.

This home is hip and fun. It has all sorts of old country charm, but is so modern in many ways. The private beach is a really relaxing environment and the hot tub let us bring the kids and keep them warm when the ocean was too cold.
