This beautifully furnished upstairs unit of the duplex offers nearly 1400 square feet of luxury living space. The spacious balcony is great for sunbathing and BBQs.

The downstairs unit is also available for renting with the title of "Capo Paradise with Private Pool." The pool can only be used by the downstairs unit.

A 10 minute stroll takes you to Capistrano Beach and Doheny State Beach for fun in the sand and water. If sand isn't your thing, stay on top of the bluffs at nearby Pines Park and Palisades Gazebo Park for a 180 degree view of Southern California's magnificent coastline.

Great House

My family and I had a great experience with this house. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is a beautiful and clean house. The owners are very nice and happy to answer any and all questions you may have. We loved this house!

Great vacation!

The house was very clean, and just a 3 minute bike ride to the beach. Perfect for someone flying in because they have virtually everything you need to go to the beach...toys, chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The neighborhood was beautiful! We rode our bikes to San Clemente Pier (great bike path), went to the nearby skate park everyday and just relaxed. Hope to stay there again.

Very nice place. Very clean, very well-equipped with a lot of attentions (cofee, soap, shampoo, maps, list of restautants, games for children...). The area is very quite and close to beaches. The owner is easy to contact if needed (it was my case. I will recommend to friends.
