Description of the Daumazan-sur-Arize vacation villa rental

Holiday home in the South of France

At the foot of the southern French Pyrenees lies the beautiful park, Résidence Château Cazalères. At the edge of the park is a detached luxury villa with fantastic views over the fields and hills of the Ariège.

The house is fully equipped and fully furnished for up to 6 people. You have access to a private parking next to the house and there are three terraces around the house. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. A cot, a playpen and high chair are available on request for rent.

The villa consists of:
A living room with a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, CD player.
A kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Three bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, and on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds.
A new bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC. In the bathroom there is a washing machine where you can make use of.

Area Information

The park is just outside the village of 715 inhabitants Daumazan-sur-Arize, which is easily accessible on foot. In the middle of the village is a typical French market hall surrounded by half-timbered houses and some shops for daily needs such as 2 bakeries, a small well stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, bicycle rental and a tabac. In the park and around the Chateau are:
three swimming pools including a children’s pool and a pool with a slide
two tennis courts, mini golf and a bowling alley
a large play and sport lawn and play for excersizing and various children’s games

In the Château is a cozy restaurant situated, there is a bar, a gym and a sauna.

In the high season every day fun activities for large and small children are organized. But even without these organized activities, you will see that your children entertained all day at the park with the other children, so you really worry about yourself can come. The park is very protected and safe. You can fully your own way, but also participate in various activities.

In the low season it is peaceful and cozy. The climate is very mild. the pool is heated and it is quite possible that you may swimming and sunbathing end of October. In the winter it’s possible to ski in the Pyrenees at 79 km from the park , in Ax-les-Thermes. In short, in each season it is attractive to stay here.
