CAPTIVA HOUSE has been furnished to a very high standard. Tastefully decorated throughout, offering every amenity for a luxury home away from home. Situated within the prestigious HAMPTON LAKES vacation community, there is a large tennis court, (we supply tennis rackets), volleyball court and children's play park.
The villa has a fully equipped GAMES ROOM. Full size pool table. Lots of games for children and adults. Book library with books for all ages. TV. Electronic dart board.
Extra large SCREENED POOL with seperate SPA and oversized deck. Plenty of good quality outdoor furniture - sun loungers, 2 sets of patio table and chairs and umberallas. We have provided lilos for the pool and several pool games
There is also an outdoor BBQ.
There is a large TV (with cable) and DVD to FAMILY ROOM, 2 music systems, VHS. Patio doors lead to the pool area which is alarmed for your peace of mind with children.
There is another LOUNGE/DINER with good quality seating, music system and dining table which will seat 6, with 4 extra chairs available for the larger party.
The 2 MASTER BEDROOM SUITES both have spacious en-suites complete with a shower. They also have plenty of cupboards, walk in wardrobes, telephones, clock/radios and hairdryers.
BEDROOM 3 has a combi TV with dvd and BEDROOM 4 has a TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share their OWN BATHROOM, down a seperate inner hallway which also has a shower,bath etc and a hairdryer.
The Games room also has twin beds, making it ideal to sleep 10 without using a communal lounge.
THERE IS ALSO A CRIB, FULL CRIB BEDDING, A STROLLER AND HIGH CHAIR AVAILBLE AT THE VILLA, FREE OF CHARGE.
Fully equipped KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK, with seating for 4. Lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
