Description of the Davenport vacation apartment rental
The perfect receipe for a wonderful holiday in our stunning newly built, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condominium! Just 10 minutes from Disney and all the attractions and less than 2 mins from championship golf!
There is full elevator access, which means no carrying heavy suitcases up flights of stairs! Inside the property we have kept the interior decor very relaxed with a light and airy feel. We offer a beautiful master bedroom and a young, stylish twin bedroom, both of which enjoy ensuite showers and baths. Our sofa can be converted into a comfortable queen sized bed, if extra sleeping space is required. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and sliding glass doors open onto a sunny balcony, complete with patio dining furniture. Everything you need for your holiday is provided, from a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on holiday!) to beach towels - we even offer free internet, DVD players, DVD's, a music system and have cable TV in every room. The property boasts full air conditioning and heating and all new, modern appliances.
** As of June 2012 we have upgraded the flooring in the living room and dining area to a beautiful Brazilian Maple flooring system. It makes the area look even brighter and more contemporary. We love the look - just when you thought our property couldn't get any better! **
Also included is full access to the sand volleyball court, designer pool, jacuzzi and luxurious clubhouse, which offers a games room with touch screen computers, pool table and table football, a full fitness suite, and a kitchen/bar/lounge area with a large plasma screen TV. Our home on Terrace Ridge is the perfect choice, whether you want a golfing holiday in the sun, just want to relax by the pool or enjoy the thrills and spills of the theme parks!
Area Information
We are just 10 minutes from Disney and 7 minutes from all of the attractions and nightlife of Lake Buena Vista and International Drive.
If you want some beach life the famous Coco Beach is only 30 minutes drive - sheer heaven for sun bathers or surfers alike!
We are within 1 minute of supermarket, chemist, local restaurants and banking facilities – and there are plenty of outlets and malls for those 'shopoholics' amongst us close by.

Great Condo

I need to say that this condo was fantastic. It had all the amanities that I look for in a vacation rental. It was very clean, well organized and fully stocked not to mention reasonably priced. I could not beleive that the price we paid we would have such amenities. The location was great since I don't like the struggles with traffic and crowds. It was far enough but close to all. It took me only 15-20 minutes to reach any of the amusement parks in Orlando (Disney & Universal) The whole condo developement was very clean, accessed by a secured and gated entry. The pool and clubhouse were just as clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and when I visit again it would definitely be in this condo again.

The condo was very clean, well appointed and meet all of our needs. First time finding it at night was a little difficult, but after that is was easy. Would recommend to others.

1st time home rental experience, won't be the last

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights in November, it was the first time we tried a condo instead of a hotel. We loved the experience of feeling like we were at home instead of being cramped in a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay in this nice 2 BR condo. We were moving to the area and need a convenient location to stay. This condo is in a nice location to get anywhere in SW Orlando with easy access to US 4 and the parks. The pool is very nice as well, and all important services are nearby. The owners are very understanding and great to deal with. Their condo is in a perfect location to all attractions but also quite enough to just sit and enjoy the sun. Pool clean and attendants are very pleasant. We are hoping to return next year for an longer period of time. I highly recommend it.

Disney with grandchildren

We stayed in this condo for a week while taking our three grandchildren to Disney World. It was nice to able to cook a healthy breakfast before touring. Our five year old twins slept in the bedroom, while our eleven year old grandson took the sofa sleeper. I was pleased with how clean it was and how quiet. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool! It was close to Disney, and we saved a lot of money by staying off of Disney property. We will definitely keep this property in mind the next time we visit!
