Description of the Davenport vacation condo rental
We are proud to share our 2 bedroom condo with you --- please make yourself at home!
We have chosen a Tommy Bahama theme for our new home and you will find the influence in our Master Suite, with it's King size bed as well as the 2nd bedroom giving you twin beds.
There are two bathrooms, one en-suite, with the second conveniently located for use from the twin room as well as any guests using the sleeper sofa in the lounge.
The fully equipped kitchen offers every modern convenience and with full laundry facilities you'll have no reason to go home with dirty clothes!
The condo offers cable TV and we have provided a computer for you to enjoy the High Speed Internet Access, here for your use.
Whilst located on the second floor of the building there is a lift if the stairs prove too much for you. All access routes are 'disabled friendly'.
The terrace gives you somewhere to sit and watch the world go by if you've had enough of the superb clubhouse and it's marvellous facilities. Don't forget to takle a dip in the communal pool or why not try the spa!
Whatever you do you'll have a fabulous time during your trip to Orlando as all the attractions are close by.

Terrace Ridge is in a quiet and secluded location, ideal for those who like to retreat from the busy crowds to some peace and quiet, although Champions Gate and Reunion are only 3 minutes away for all you golf fanatics and for the shopaholics amongst you --- you can be at the nearest mall within 15 minutes.
Situated just 3 minutes from exit 58 of Interstate 4 all the theme parks are close to hand. Also the busy 192 with all the restaurants, attractions and shopping is just 8 minutes drive away.

I'd intended to email you after our Florida trip but suddenly we were departing for Belize, so I apologize for the tardy email!
Your place is really, really lovely. We loved the condo---beautifully decorated and supplied, all of your instructions worked easily, and it was a nice quiet place to "retreat" to from way too many basketball games! Also, the managers were quite nice --- I'd requested the thermostat be set just a little cooler, and Rick took care of that right away. And the woman (can't think of her name) came by to install a new fire extinguisher, so I met her as well. We ended up eating sushi most every night at the Omni and even paid the fee to use it's spa and pool facilitiies one day. Very convenient. Also your condo shows no sign of wear and tear --- it looks brand new. I hope people who rent will take care to keep it that way! If we are in Orlando again, I will definitely contact you to rent again.
