Great Place! Clean, comfortable good location. Only recommendation I have is that we arrived at night and it was not easy to see the building number in the dark as they were high up on the building. Would book the condo again and can recommend .

This was our first vacation in a condo and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The condo was excellent, very well equipped and clean. It was a great added touch to have e-mail and phone privileges included. I would gladly recommend the Bella Piazza in Davenport to anyone.
5 Star Place to Stay!

This was the first vacation my family and I had taken since the premature birth of our son 3yrs ago and all of the resulting complications. I was skeptical about booking a place online since my husband and I always stayed in 4-5 star hotels in Orlando. (we were enagaged & honeymooned in Orlando) But with special dietary requirements we needed cooking facilities and this place delivered so much more! The unit was spotless and the location was dead on if you had a car! We had a view of the pool and could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. My son calls it HIS vacation home and we are already planning our return for a couple of nights in July. We spent the best 11 days ever and learned our way around Orlando. The unit was quite and even though it was a busy holiday weekend (Easter) we really experienced a fabulous stay. Kathy was super easy to deal with and answered every question or concern. Maintenance was sent after we called and we couldn't have asked for anything better. My elderly parents are already planning their return next year as well.
Thanks for a great time guys!! Your unit is awesome.You've definitely gained, renters for life!! Can't wait to come back.
