Nice newer condo complex, decent location, grocery & restaurants within easy walking distance. Pools were clean and okay, although quite often dominated by the 65+ age group which is in the majority here. It is not gated, which was a bit of a concern as we had young children, but we did see security on site from time to time. There is a staffed office - which was completely useless for visitors such as us. As far as I could gather, her only purose was to deal with owner or repair issues, she was not at all helpfull/friendly towards visitors, and I even found her to be a little rude when I interupted her internet surfing to ask a simple tourist question. I got the impression that the HOA is dominated by the older guard - they need to relax a little. We wanted to go in the hot tub at 7:30pm and were bluntly told it closed at dusk (I have never stayed in a resort with such silly pool restrictions - when on vacation, an evening dip is expected is it not!!!) Overall we did enjoy Bella Piazza, the drawbacks were the on-site rude staff (don't waste your time trying to ask questions), & the silly pool hours, practical bbq facilities would have been appreciated. The unit we stayed in was nice, clean, and reasonably equipped for a vacation rental. We will likely stay elsewhere next time. This was our 3rd trip to Orlando

Hi Vanessa July 24,2010 Just to say Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful Home at Bella Piazza in Florida. Everything was perfect as promised, clean and new quite and relaxing. The pool area Was also clean and enjoyable, stores where close by and the parks are only 20 mins away. this was a great place for a family of 4. If there was one thing i would mention, and this is not to detour you, it is that it is about 30 minites to universal from this location. It also does not have much room in the living room for more than 3 to watch tv. We would have two in the living room and 2 in the bedroom to make it comfrtable.The pool area was very well kept and clean.
