Surrounded by championship golf courses and within easy driving distance of the world-class attractions that Orlando offers, our condo makes the perfect home away from home for couples and families alike.

Featuring open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and air conditioned throughout, our home offers spacious family-size accommodation.

There are 3 large bedrooms, the master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There's a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the remaining bathroom.

We are constantly upgrading our home and since 2011 have added LCD HD flatscreen TV's with FiOS cable package throughout, DVD players, a Nintendo Wii games console, iPod dock/clock radio, an inkjet printer and a laptop safe.

A pack and play travel crib/cot, high chair, lightweight stroller and toddler bedrails are provided for infants.

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access and free local telephone calls are also provided.

Situated on the first floor with a tiled & screened west facing patio, the condo is wheelchair accessible and easily accessed from the ample car parking just steps away.

Resort facilities include a heated pool and spa, large sun deck, games room, sand volleyball court and fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also provided in the resort Clubhouse.

The resort of Terrace Ridge is a quiet gated condominium community located in the Champions Gate area of Orlando and just 8 miles south of Walt Disney World resort.

The main interstate (I-4) serving central Florida is just a 5 minute drive away, providing quick and easy access to the many attractions on offer, as well as the soft white sandy beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

Local amenities within a 5 minute drive of Terrace Ridge include a supermarket, restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy, gas station and bank.
