Tuscana Resort is the place to be with all the amenities anyone could ask for. The resort has a Mediterranean style design and is landscaped with lush plantings and private woodland. The resort is in beautiful Champions Gate which features two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman along with numerous stores and restaurants.

Tuscana has a large zero entry style heated swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by free shaded cabanas. There is a separate children’s pool featuring a splashing fountain for smaller children to play in.

Other amenities include a great onsite restaurant and outside sports bar with excellent food at reasonable prices. You can also enjoy the 3 flat screen TV’s at the sports bar while watching your favorite games or a night of karaoke with family & friends poolside. There is also a kid’s game room, a 30 seat cinema to watch movies plus a fully equipped fitness room.

Our condo is your home away from home, why rent a basic hotel room when you can rent your own personal villa completely renovated in Oct. 2013 along with new large flat screen TV’s in all rooms with DVD players. The Master Suite has a King Bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

We are located in building 8 on the second floor with a nice screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee before you head to one of the many Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Lego Land or one of Florida’s sunny beaches all within minutes of Tuscana Resort.

We enjoyed our one week stay in this beautifully remodeled condo and would highly recommend it to people who are traveling to the amusement parks. Very convenient to the highway and points east and west. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable! The condo living space was perfect for us. Dave and Cindy outfitted the condo with everything someone could want and were very generous with items even down to the shampoo, soap, etc. The condo is convenient to the elevator and stairs, as well as parking is convenient. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool or restaurant, but all looked very nice. We would certainly stay in this beautiful condo again given the opportunity!

Great property that was very well maintained. The pictures represent the condo condition accurately. The property owner communicated with us on several occasions before & during our stay. Our stay was awesome and we would recommend this property.

We arrived on the 1st of Feb. for our month long visit to Tuscana. This was our first visit to Champions Gate area. Totally gated community, pool was cold our whole visit, which was none of the owners fault. They have karoke and other activities pool side during the week. The unit is beyond clean, Dave takes excellent care in the cleaning and upkeep of this condo. Florida has bugs, none were allowed in this unit LOL. We did communicate with the owner a few times during our stay and he was always available. The linens are top quality, soaps, including laundry soap are already there for your use. There was even coffee for that first cup of coffee in the morning, (on the great screened patio) so you didn't have to go to the grocery as soon as you got there. The grocery is very close and so is a Walgreens. A few restuarants are on this exit, including a McDonalds for the kids, and Chilis is at the top of the street. Rt. 4 is just a block or so away and you can always find other food chains or local restaurants on nearby exits. Thanks again Dave and family for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo for our Feb. 2014 visit to Florida.

Marty & Doug, There aren't enough words to say how pleased we were with renting to you. We do take pride in having a clean condo, but I honestly think it may have been even cleaner when you left. You were on vacation, yet you still spent all that time on making the place spotless when you left. Any owner would be honored to rent to you guys!! Apparently there was some management changes while you were there and that may explain why it took them so long to repair the heater for the pools. I called and told Management how upset I was when the heater wasn't fixed the same day. After my second call I was informed the old manager was no longer employed there, so hopefully that will never happen in the future. Thanks for staying. Dave & Cindy

We stayed for 10 days and it was great. It was supplied very very good, we appreciated you renting your Condo to us. It is just like the photos, it was very very clean. Furniture was very comfortable. We would recommend this Condo to all our friends.

My family (my husband & I, our not quite 2 year old, and the grandparents) spent a very comfortable long weekend at the property in early January 2014. The condo and the property look the same in reality as in the posted pictures. The condo is clean, well laid out, and fully stocked with everything you might need on a holiday. The owners even include dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, body wash, etc. A nice touch as not all holiday condos provide these basic supplies. The beds are gorgeously comfortable to sleep in. We felt secure enough to allow our toddler to roam freely between the living room and outdoor patio (fully screened with safety railing). The poolside cafe is handy for meals/drinks and provides afforable and tasty options. The pool and hot tub are perfection. Our son loved the beach style entrance to the pool. There was a cold snap during our holiday so we were very happy with the fact that the pool is heated! Easy trek (~20 minutes) between the condo and Disney complex. Minor issues: one of the bedrooms must have been recently repainted as the paint fumes were still quite strong and a more easily accesible outlet by the King bed for phone charging would be helpful. All in all we were pleased and would book the condo again in the future.

I appreciate the comment about an outlet for charging your phone by the King bed, that is something I never thought about. I will try to get some sort of a charging station for future guests use. I will check out what paint smell you detected in the bedroom since we never painted any rooms. It could possibly be a an odor from all the new furniture or a smell from the cleaning supplies used in the attached bathroom. Thanks again for staying and leaving the place spotless when you left.
