Description of the Davenport vacation cottage rental

Welcome to our Vacation Home Villa Ambiente. Our Villa offers our guests executive accommodation only minutes from Disney World. What a perfect way to relax after a big day at the park. Our house offers intimacy, no rear neighbours and nice bushes. We have 2 master-suites, one on the main floor who as access directly to the pool on the terrace and the second on the first floor. Perfect to share with another family. We have 3 other twin bedrooms in which 2 of them are en-suites.
Enjoy the variety of entertainment offer to help you unwind- Take a dip in the huge pool and Spa. Covered Lanai for shade, enjoy the free Wifi, 7 cable Flat LCD Tv's!, Surround theater in the principal Den who includes a queen Sofa-Bed. DVD, Blu-Ray player, PlayStation. Games and films available in place. Also your family can play together in the game room fully equipped ( air hockey, Soccer table, Ping-pong etc...)
Fully furnish kitchen and all the necessary for small children is available.; Crib, highchair, booster chair, strollers, park etc...

Calabay Parc is a prestigious 5 stars vacation community, constructed to an exceptionnally high standard with a commitment to quality and great attention to detail. Calabay Parc... is close to all the attractions that central Florida has to offer including Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World, golf at Champions Gate and Lake Louisa State Park.
Bicycling at Lake Louisa boasts 7 miles of paved roads and over 20 miles of unpaved multi-use trails for visitors to bike on. Mountain bike or “fat” tires are advised for off road trails, as some trails may be sandy. Please watch for vehicles on the paved roads.

Lake Louisa ; 15 min from our house.

Here some activities offer at Lake Louisa;
Bicycling;
Lake Louisa boasts 7 miles of paved roads and over 20 miles of unpaved multi-use trails for visitors to bike on. Mountain bike or “fat” tires are advised for off road trails, as some trails may be sandy. Please watch for vehicles on the paved roads.

Canoeing & Kayaking;
The park offers a canoe and kayak launch at Dixie Lake just off of the fishing pier. Lake Louisa offers canoe and kayak accessibility also but does not have a designated launch area. Canoe and kayakers would have to launch from the Lake Louisa beach, which is accessible via Lake Nellie Road or our main entrance off of Hwy. 27. Both lakes provide canoers and kayakers an excellent opportunity for viewing an assortment of wildlife, or just for finding serenity in the calm waters.

Fishing;

Lake Louisa State Park has fishing access at four of our six lakes. Lake Louisa is our largest lake, which offers fishing access off of the lake's shoreline.

Golf: Omni Champion Gate: 8 minutes of the house

ChampionsGate Golf Resort is a Central Florida golf masterpiece – when on the golf course it seems that you are miles away from civilization, and yet the Orlando Golf Resort is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Christmas in Florida

We rented this house so that we could have a family Christmas reunion and visit with our son who works for Disney. We also able to host another family during the week we were there. The place was beautifully equipped and maintained they had a beautifully decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. Our teenage/early twenties kids enjoyed the pool and the spa and played a lot of pool in the game room. Our Argentinian friends were a little skeptical about the capacity of the poolside electric grill but the barbecue went ahead without a hitch. The kitchen was well equipped to cook Christmas dinner and about the only deficiency the kitchen had was a less that perfect fridge which lacked one of its bottom drawers and dripped water. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a general preference for IKEA style furniture and one Disney motif kids room and a Mickey Mouse bathroom. During the Christmas period the traffic was terrible around the Parks and the City of Orlando and crossing Rt. 25/27 was an ordeal which could be improved by the addition of a traffic light. It made me all the more grateful to return to this comfortable house at the end of a day at Disney. My experience dealing with the owner and the management company was very positive and I would love to visit the home again.

The house was wonderful. The pool and Jacuzzi is great to have after a long day at the parks. I wish I could live there full time. It really made my family feel like it was our home away from home. I would recommend this to any and everyone. :)
