Description of the Davenport vacation guesthouse rental

Upon entering your Central Florida villa you will see the spacious living room and dining room, which, like the rest of the house, are furnished to a very high standard. The dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal. The open plan area consists of the living room with TV and access to over 70 channels and a DVD. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and private access to the swimming pool and spa. Every bedroom has TV with cable access to over 70 channels. The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 12 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed and has been themed as a Winnie The Pooh room, designed especially for the younger children. These bedrooms share a bathroom and also have access to the 2nd bathroom.

Hyginus House '''- at Tuscan Ridge, Central Florida, also has a games room; it is spacious and has a TV with cable access to over 70 channels, along with a full size pool table, seating area and a music center. There is also a utility room just off the games room that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The private pool at the rear of your Tuscan Ridge luxury villa has a separate spa/jacuzzi from the main swimming area as well as the option of electric pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. It also boasts another TV which is placed up in the corner of the covered deck so you can enjoy TV as you relax outside.
