Our beautiful four bedroom villa built December 2005 is situated in the Mediterranean styled gated community of Tuscan Hills with a New Club House with exercise, game, and lounge room as well as a tennis court and playground.

It is superbly furnished to a superior standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share, being able to accommodate up to ten adults and has its own private screened pool and spa.



Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two masters are en- suite. The kitchen is fully fitted offering all the amenities you could wish for. The villa has air conditioning and heating through-out with the added benefit of ceiling fans in major rooms and covered lanai. Wireless internet, Cable television and DVD systems and a luxury heated screened spa and large heated pool A pin coded lock box for the villa keys is provided for your convenience.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had lots of room to spread out in and spent a lot of time in the pool/jacuzzi at the end of each day - it was a great way to wind down from the parks. It was convenient to Disney and Universal. We will stay here again.
