Home 213-E is a 5 bed 4 1/2 bath home situated in a popular sub division of €˜The Retreat €™ within minutes of Disney and all the major attractions, has a private screened 30 ft pool and Jacuzzi overlooking an unobstructed view of conservation to the rear. The large pool deck area has a covered lanai. The home has quality furnishings.

Accommodation includes a family room with large screen TV and DVD and an excellent view out to the pool and conservation area, there is a separate living room for a quieter relaxed area and a formal dinning area. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and has a nook area with a breakfast bar as well as breakfast table and chairs.

Down stairs there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and TV. There is also a separate toilet off the family room. Upstairs has a TV/DVD room in the loft area with Playstation. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with walk in shower and bathtub as well as a TV. There is a third master bedroom with a queen bed and TV/DVD. Bedroom 4 has a full/twin bunk bed arrangement and shares a separate bathroom with bedroom 5, which has twin beds. Both rooms have a TV/DVD.

There is also an additional Games room in the garage area for your entertainment. There is a maximum sleeping capacity of 10.
