Lovely Villa Rental - Davenport- Close to Disney,

A beautiful villa fully furnished 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom, Private Pool and equipped with a modern fully fitted kitchen, this is a single storey villa, with space for up to 10 adults. Our villa is situated on top of the 400-acre Lake Davenport, neighboring Disney World in Florida. This quiet community can be found on Highway 27 just south of Highway 192.
The location provides quick and easy access to Orlando and Tampa airports as well as Disney World (15 minutes) and all the famous attractions of central Florida. The villa comes with a private heated swimming pool and double garage. The private, screened swimming pool, measuring 15x30ft features a large floodlit deck.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower, queen sized bed, a walk in closet providing plenty of storage area for clothing and other items, a work desk with telephone, large screen television. It also features its own doorway to the pool area - perfect for those early morning swims; the Guest Master Bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed and its own doorway to the pool area.
The third and fourth bedroom house two twin beds each, add the double-sofa bed in the lounge and 10 people can be easily and comfortable have accommodation for the period of your stay. All areas of the villa are decorated in true Floridian style; with ceiling fans and vaulted ceiling. All linen and towels are included, hairdryers and clock radios. Our villa has a splendid modern kitchen fully equipped with a breakfast room and appliances, all cookware and utensils are provided. We also have full laundry facilities for your convenience.

There is a small, shop and Subway Sandwich bar, Barber & Beauty Salon and Gas station all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes community. Within a short drive you will find all the popular eating restaurants on Hwy 27 North, and many more Restaurants places, galore from Chili's Grill & Bar, Carraba’s, Red Lobster, Out-Back, Golden Corral, Perkins, Denny's, Ponderosa, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Chick Filet, Road House on Hwy 192 (towards Kissimmee).
One mile north there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and the 24hr Wal-Mart superstore and Lowe’s.

You are close to all the major attractions, 15 minutes to Disney, golf, putt golf, live theaters, Olde Towne-Amusement Park, food, shops, live entertainment, bull ride, flea markets, hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens,Tampa about a hours drives Busch Gardens, East coast and Kennedy Space Center also within easy reach and so much more! . Many other golf courses are available and within 15 minutes drive, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Diamondback, Kings Ridge Celebration and Champion Gate.

The most outstanding feature has to be Lake Davenport itself, which stretches for 400 acres and is accessible by our guest private entrance to the community play area, swimming pool and tennis court or you can sit and fish or just watch the day go by in total relaxation.
