We spent 2 weeks at this home and were very pleased with it. The home is equiped with everything. It is very clean and well maintained.It is close to attractions and shopping. John was amazing to deal with. He is very quick to answer emails. This was our first time ever renting a house and it was extremely positive.

We searched for vacation rentals for several months, looking specifically for a clean pet friendly rental with a fenced yard and private pool within a 10 minute drive to Disney. This beautiful home fit the bill perfectly. We are a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children with a special needs pet, who is diabetic and visually impaired so taking her everywhere we go is a must. This home was in a gated community close to Disney so we could come and go as we pleased throughout the day. It was well stocked with everything you need to use as a home away from home and some very nice extras, Wi-fi, heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, Foosball, DVD players and TVs galore. The house was clean and nicely furnished, with lots of baby extras. The renting process was so simple and John is a wonderful communicator and with no deposits it made this home especially appealing. John was amazing to deal with from start to finish. He responded to emails immediately and his management company was very responsive when I had questions about delivery of insulin for our dog while we were there. John's home was a wonderful place to enjoy our 9 days in the Orlando area. Thank you John for an amazing vacation, we will be back soon! The Bachmeier's

We rented the home for Christmas 2011 and had a great time. This is the 3rd year we have spent Christmas vacation in Florida in 3 different homes and this was by far the best yet. The kitchen had everything needed to cook proper meals so we didn't have to eat out. My adult children really enjoyed the pool and the separate hot tub. With the privacy fencing our dog was much more relaxed and could be let out on her own. The games room was enjoyed immensely. The only negative was the neighbours were very loud and their language was offensive on Christmas Day but it was a one time only problem.

A fantastic place to stay we would definitely recommend. My family and I recently went over to Florida for our Wedding. We decided that Sunny Florida was a better choice than a Scottish Summer. We had the wedding ceremony and meal at Celebrations Golf Club, then went back to John’s villa for a small family gathering. John was fantastic helping whenever he could. He was easily contactable and always answered his emails promptly. The villa is clean, spacious, with everything you would need in a home from home. The pool and the surrounding area are excellent and able to seat several people comfortably. Due to a very busy holiday we didn’t get much chance to play in the amazing games room but when we go back soon we will definitely be challenging each other to a few games. A huge thank you to John for letting us the villa and for his help with some of the wedding organisation. :)

The home was beautiful the pool and hot tub was gorgeous john was always available answered emails promptly and had helpful answers the only issue with the home was the selection of tv channels had direct tv but very few random channels didn't even have ESPN unless it was hidden somewhere

My family (3 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids) really enjoyed staying here. Everything was exactly as described. John was very easy to deal with, prompt & courteous. The pool was a blessed relief from the heat Everything you could possibly need to make a home away from home Only issue we had was trying to keep cool in the evening, it was so warm and we could not workout the AC controls ! Overall a great week in a great villa

Could not fault this accomodation. Clean, spacious, very comfortable and so very handy for touring and the Disneyworld Parks. We had a wonderful time. The girls loved the pool and the endless sunshine. The "big boys" loved the games room, my favourite was the hot tub+pool+ the quite location.......just everything! Excellent villa to have a vacation in, well kept and clean, a real home from home, kids loved the pool and hot tub too, and got on great with the neighbours kids. Close to all the main amenities and very handy for the interstate to anywhere. Would definately use this villa again when we go back to Florida.

Great location to grocery, target, etc...LOVED Publix! Pretty close to all the fun stuff. Really nice home with VERY lovely furnishings and VERY spacious. Great layout--VERY nice pool and hot tub. No odors at all. GREAT he allows pets! Wished listing was more accurate as it's how I made decision to stay based on what was written and emailed back and forth. Games room too hot to play in for any period of time because of small air con unit kept tripping breaker-so was too hot to enjoy. air hockey and foosball old and not usable, not much in the way of cooking utensils and pans-need more to properly prepare a normal dinner, BUT they do have a crock pot which came in very handy! Dryer not working well-had to dry items at least 2-3 times before they were done. Neighborhood ok--alot of renters and foreclose. Wifi did not work-had to go buy ethernet cable to use laptop. Was confined to the sitting area even with a 25ft cord when i wanted to be w/hubby in the TV room. Washcloths-none-so bring your own. Would have liked more privacy with regard to pool and the house to the left with the second floor window in back. While advertised as complete privacy-it isnt totally private. House was tidy and neat- With regard to Security-the fencing with the locked gates I found out that you are not allowed to lock due to poolman needing to come in. however, you can lock the screen doors to Lanai. We would recommend--overall John was decent to deal with. Local manager Sally-good.

Our family has stayed in many homes in the central Florida area, each having its own perks and disappointments. This home had many thoughtful extras like 4 sets of golf clubs, a free standing hot tub, it was always the perfect temperature. There was also lots of deck space around the pool and a privacy fence for added privacy. The home was really well thought out and served our needs perfectly.

we have stayed in the past with another management company, this home was the best for the value. not pleased with how small the pool was. and the subdivision had no park or rec area. we had to buy mixing bowles, and it was not stocked well with trash bags and things like that. having to spend most of the last day doing luandry so we wouldnt be charged extra was a disappointment. i saved about $200 on this rental compared to the ones in kissimee, thats what i liked. not as convenient as kissimee, but i saved. maybe next year we can stay with the same company but have more of the things the other houses we stayed in from the past has. 4 stars cause i can deal with most when i save $$$$$. :)

The location was very convenient; close to Rt 4 for some cross state sight seeing; close to Disney and w many services on Rt 27 Response to a minor problem was prompt and courteous. The house was clean and in good condition w all the amenities..LOVED the hot tub and pool I would highly recommend this home.

We stayed in this villa for an extended family holiday over the Christmas and New Year period. There was 7 adults, 2 childen and a baby and the villa was just perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty space. The house was very clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable - included TV's with cable in every bedroom. The highlight was the heated private pool and the games room - which kept the kids (and the big kids) ammused for hours! The house is very close to the Disney attractions. Walt Disney World is just a 10 minute drive. And the pretty town of Celebration is just a few miles down the I4. You're also very close to various shopping places, like malls, outlet malls and, very importantly, a Walmart. Take time to read the house notebook, it will answer many of your questions and it is very helpful. This is one trip that our family will remember for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this house!

A fabulous villa, impeccably presented, with every conceivable extra. My family enjoyed relaxing days by the pool as well as hectic days at the nearby theme parks. It was great to come back and flop onto the sofa or chill out with a drink in the hot tub. It was the little things that make this property stand out. Free UK calls meant we could stay in touch with friends and family and the games room was good fun.It was good to have tv in every room since there is only so much Spongebob I can take. I can definitely quote Arnie and say "I'll be back".

We really enjoyed this home, although we didn't need all the space. The spa came in very handy because it was the coldest it's been in Florida in over a year. The days we could use the pool it was great. Close to everything. The two sitting rooms made it nice for some privacy. Everything you want in a quiet neighbourhood. Check out the Tourist Information booth at the entrance to find answers for any places you'd like to go in this area. Target and Publix 5 min away. Super Walmart south, in Haines City closest.

Quiet neighbourhood, spacious, well maintained house that was nicely decorated. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool which is completely private. A new shopping centre (Target, Best Buy etc) and supermarket (Publix) were also located 5 minutes away. The house is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of rushing around at the themeparks at the end of the day. Only complaint would be the current choice of TV channels offered which are quite basic which is a shame as there are televisions in almost every room.

The moment I entered the Villa, I felt at home, the decor the factitiles and the pool were exceptional. I was so close to all the Disney Theme Parks that every day was an adventure! The location of the villa made me feel as though I was a "Floridian" and that I could acess malls, restaurants, local entertainment etc., any time I wanted. I look forward to returning to my "Florida Home" in years to come.

This was a beautiful house, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had 10 people at the house, and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The house was very clean, and the management company was very easy to reach when we had a question. The visitor center at the entrance of the subdivision was very helpful also.

We really enjoyed staying in your vacation home. It was so easy to make the arrangments, and having John call us prior to our visit was a lovely touch. The home was very spacious and also very clean. This is by far the most beautiful home my family and I have spent a vacation in. Our set-up arrangements with John the owner were very efficient, friendly and trouble-free, and his local property managers also could'nt have been more helpful. The standard of accommodation was very high - lovely furnishings and decor, completely clean, extremely comfortable, well-equipped throughout, and very well- placed for all Orlando's attractions. We spent many leisurely hours by the pool which is totally private, and always found it to be clean and well-maintained. We would'nt hesitate to go back again, or to recommend this beautiful home to our family and friends.

Sept 09 Happy to say we had a great time at your villa. The separate hot-tub was ideal - we've stayed in the past at places with sunken hot-tubs joined to the pool and they never seem to reach a decent temperature. The privacy fence was also brilliant.
The location was excellent - being so close to the I4 junction shaved a good few minutes off each journey. The villa had everything we needed, the separate TV lounge allowed viewing of late night TV without disturbing others.
