Our house is beautifully furnished with high quality contemporary style furniture including full-size dressers in every room to the leather sofas in the living room.It is stocked with loads of amenities. Enjoy movies on a large screen LCD TV in the living room while relaxing on a set of comfortable leather couches. Surf the internet through our high speed wireless internet connection. Out in the back sits your own private pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed for the kids. This villa has everything you need allowing more time for you to relax.

Area Description

Located in the Sandy Ridge Community surrounded by conservation areas. It is a quiet retreat yet only 3 miles to I-4, the major artery through Orlando and Tampa. It is only 8 miles to DisneyWorld and 25 minutes away to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. In addition there is plenty of golfing including the world championship golf course, Championsgate Golf and Resort only 3 miles away. Plus there is plenty of shopping around.
