Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
Our home at Wildflower Ridge is a brand new luxury 5 bedroom, 3 bath that can sleep 12. It is in a great location just around 8 miles from the gates of Disney and 13 miles from Sea World. Minutes away to Champions Gate golf course just off Interstate-4 as well as 25 other golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
It has over 2200 square feet of air conditioned accommodations with 6 cable TV's, telephone, PC with high speed broadband & wireless Internet access, VCR and DVD. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and other games. Out all day at the parks, come back and relax on our pool deck alongside the 12 x 26 foot heated pool.
Minutes to Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Busch Gardens,Orlando International airport, Reunion, McDonald's, Subways, Pizziera, Nail Salon, Publix, Gas, CVS, Walgreens .
Centrally located to both East and West coast beaches (Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona).
Baby friendly (we have what you need) 5 way pack in play, high chair, booster car seat , stroller, bouncy. For the older kids we have Xbox and Playstation 2 with assorted games. Pet friendly dogs or cats allowed up to 20 pounds.

We had family come from different parts of the country and this was a great way for everyone to be together. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. The game room was great for the kids and adults alike. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Owner Supplied Testimonials
10/20/07 I can't even list all the positive comments this house has, Well beyond all we could hope for! We were soo close to disney and all we wanted to do was stay here and soak in the sun! We traveled with our two year old and two sets of grandparents plenty of people. The house was set up well you could spread out and have your own space or all come together for a meal take your pick. Needless to say my vote gives this House and the OWNERS Positive comments we will always call Robert and Denise for future stay's in the Fl area!!

08/17/07 This home helped make our vacation perfect. It was like home away from home. The kids just enjoyed the game room and the video games, even after a long day at the parks they still wanted to take a dip in the pool once we returned. Everything was so convenient, and the house has everything you could ever need and then some. I would definitely recommend this rental home. 07/02/07 The house was superb - everything was better than we had expected. It is close enough to the parks that we could leave for nap times and go back later in the afternoon. The screened in pool area was very nice for relaxing days in between the hectic times at the Disney parks. The house has *everything* that you could possibly need plus other stuff you may not have thought of (pool toys, games, baby monitor, crib, Disney video library, stoller, high chair, etc).

11/28/07 We have a great stay at this wonderful house. Robert & Denise were great to deal with and looked after our every request in a timely manner. Our group consisted of 2 families with kids ranging in age from 9 to 15. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. This vacation home had every comfort you could desire. It is only a 15 minute drive from Disney. This is a far superior alternative to staying a standard hotel.

11/19/07 We stayed here for over two weeks in September and found that the house had everything you could possibly wish for. The location was great and the accommodation was superb. We have just enquired about available dates in December, that should speak for itself. Denise is great to deal with and does everything possible to make your stay as fantastic as possible. Highly Recommended.
