• Other Fees: If your stay is 6 nights or less, there is a cleaning fee of $90.00 that you will be responsible for.7 nights or more,we pick up the cleaning tab. During the colder months (November- March), if you want the pool heater turned on, there will be a charge of $30.00 per night (4 night minimum) or $200.00 per week. These are the 2 major fees, check the "Welcome" notebook when you arrive, for other minor fees as needed.
