This vacation villa is situated in Aylesbury, Davenport; a quiet, peaceful location off US 27, south of Interstate 4. It is only 15 minutes from the excitement of Disney and nearby are all the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer.

This beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom Pool Home has one master bedroom that has a door entrance to the pool deck it has a queen size bed, with an ensuite Roman Tub seperate to shower.

The second room has a Queen size bed. The third has full size and the fourth has 2 twin beds(Daybed & Trundle) The Villa living area has a 57" TV and DVD player. A superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is also a formal dining room and a further lounge area.

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi),Cable, Phone unlimited US calls, Toys and kids game room.

The screened 30' x 15' west facing pool, which, can be lit in the evening has a pool deck area with a covered lanai.

Security Deposit is required when reserving dates & the full balance due 3 months before arrival.If cancellation is given 61DAYS in advance Total Balance will be 100%REFUNDED.
   
• Other Fees: There is a Cleaning fee surcharge. Barbecue cleaning fee is $30.00 if not cleaned after leaving. Additional cost for heated pool is $100.00 per week. Pool Heater Has to be requested prior to arrival. Please be advised that Pool Heater is usually necessary October through March. Water & Electricity use may be charged additional if over usage. Only Monthly rentals will be monitored. Once payment is received you are legally binded to our contract and acknowlegde of our policy.

A lovely home. Room for everyone to have their own room. The heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. Watching the sun come up over the pool was nice, the palm trees in the yard added the perfect touch.

Thank you so much Debbie for a great time! Me and my family had such a comfortable stay in your vacation home and we felt very safe there too. It is only 20 minutes away from disney and 1-15 minutes away from all other attractions and restaurants. My son only 2 years old loved the pool and it was just the right size for the whole family. It was clean and beautiful. Thank you again and if anyone is thinking of renting, it is more than worth it, it's priceless.
