Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
This vacation villa is situated in Aylesbury, Davenport; a quiet, peaceful location off US 27, south of Interstate 4. It is only 15 minutes from the excitement of Disney and nearby are all the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer.
This beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom Pool Home has one master bedroom that has a door entrance to the pool deck it has a King size bed, with an ensuite Roman Tub seperate to shower.
The second room has a Queen size bed. The third has full size and the fourth has 2 twin beds(Daybed & Trundle) The Villa living area has a 57" TV and DVD player. A superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is also a formal dining room and a further lounge area.
Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), cable, Toys and kids game room.
The screened 30' x 15' west facing pool, which, can be lit in the evening has a pool deck area with a covered lanai.

Peace and Quiet at a Great Price

What a wonderful place to stay that is close to shopping, great restaurants and the amusement parks. The house was spacious, clean and the pool was a great way to end the day. The neighborhood was family oriented and extremely quiet. I loved the fact that it was only minutes from Kissimmee, Orlando and Highway 27, but it was out of the tourist crowds. I would recommend this place to friends and family for a great place to spend your vacation. It was nice to have the amenties of a complete home for a price less then staying at a hotel. This will be my new place to stay when I am in the Orlando area.

This was a great place to stay, the home was beautiful and had so much to keep the kids happy. Loved being able to come home after a long day at Disney or the Beach and relax. The area is very nice and we felt very secure!!We will be staying here everytime we visit Florida!! Thank you!!!

Relaxing Vacation

A lovely home. Room for everyone to have their own room. The heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. Watching the sun come up over the pool was nice, the palm trees in the yard added the perfect touch.

Thank you so much Debbie for a great time! Me and my family had such a comfortable stay in your vacation home and we felt very safe there too. It is only 20 minutes away from disney and 1-15 minutes away from all other attractions and restaurants. My son only 2 years old loved the pool and it was just the right size for the whole family. It was clean and beautiful. Thank you again and if anyone is thinking of renting, it is more than worth it, it's priceless.
