Location: Windwood Bay (Champions Gate) Davenport Florida - Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (25 miles from Orlando International Airport)
Accommodations: Villa - 4 Bedrooms + 3.5 Baths (2 story) - (Sleeps 8)
Our luxurious two story villa with private POOL and SPA is located in the quiet community of Windwood Bay ten minutes south of Disney near the Champions Gate Golf Club. A large shopping center that includes a grocery store, Walgreens, and several restaurants are just minutes away. Pamper yourself with a massage or facial at the nearby Omni Hotel Spa.
Our villa features:
Bedrooms - Master suite - features a KING-size pillow-top mattress, en suite full bath with two sinks, separate shower, TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, phone and large dresser with ample drawer space and night stand.
The second master suite-features a Queen-size pillow-top mattress, en suite full bath with shower/tub, closet TV, ceiling fan, ample drawer space and night stand.
Twin bedrooms (two) - each twin bedroom offers two twin beds has TV, ceiling fan, large closet, and night light
Great room/living room and kitchen - our bright and airy great room has colorful décor, whimsical lighting and ceiling fan; enjoy watching a DVD or rest your feet after a long day at the parks on our comfortable sofa and loveseats that provide seating for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator ice maker, cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, glassware and cookware are provided for your use; plastic glasses are provided for use around the pool; a dining table seats six comfortably with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar; a full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen in the separate laundry room.
Pool - our large screened-in pool faces, enjoy a drink on our covered lanai with patio table/umbrella or grab some sun on one of our two chaise lounges; pool toys and noodles are provided for your use;
This house also features game room with Air Hockey table and Basketball hoops.

Golf - play a round or two at several nearby courses (Champions Gate features two courses designed by Greg Norman); it is also the home to the David Ledbetter Golf Academy; take a lesson from the pros who train the pros! Highlands Reserve golf club offers a good value and the many courses of Disney are close by.
Our home is located minutes away from Walt Disney World and very close proximity to Interstate 4 which takes you to all other Central Florida attractions in minutes.
Disney travel times: MGM - ten-minute drive, Animal Kingdom - ten-minute drive, Epcot - 13-minute drive, Magic Kingdom - 15-minute drive, Downtown Disney - 15-minute drive.

It wasn't just a house, it was a home away from home. Everything about the home was fantastic!! The only issue we had was the mattresses on the beds were a little too soft for our liking. (not sure if this was to the liking of the home owners or not) The home was close to all the amenities that you need.(Publix supermarket,Disney and Universal) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The only other issue was with the BBQ, we ran out of propane while cooking our first meal, I think that this should have been checked before leaving it with us. Other than a few minor problems, everything was perfect for us and the other family. We would definitely recommend Vacation Home rentals, they were very accomadating and cordial through the whole process from start to finish.

Our family was in Orlando for a vacation with the Grandparents. We brought my 78 year old mother, my husband's 88 year old father and our two children. We were looking for a home near Disney that could accomidate all 3 generations comfortably. We found this home to be a perfect match for our situation. It is located close to Disney World and has easy highway accessability to all the parks. It is is close to a shopping center for convenience. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the overall house was exceptionally clean. My kids loved the pool and game room. They also loved having their own T.V. in their rooms. Privacy was essential to our family as there were so many different age groups involved. This house provided us with our own space and even provided a nice romantic element for my husband and I to enjoy. I plan to stay with vacation rentals again and have already recommened it to my freinds. Marlene Bishop
