New to Rental Market.
This Non-Smoking home is only four years old . The house overlooks a private lake with wild life and fish. You will be about five or less minutes easy driving to Interstate 4. The East and West Coast are about 90 minutes away. The Route 27 is also 5 minutes easy driving and will take you north to Ocala and Georgia and to the big Lake Okeechobee, and Miami to the south.
The Animal Kingdom Park and World Drive at Disney's Magic Kingdom and connecting parks is an easy seven mile (15 Minute) drive again to I-4 and off the next exit( you can also get to the park without getting on the freeway). The route to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Busch Gardens are also 15 to 45 minutes away. The New York Yankees winter training, (Legends Field) is about 45-60 minutes away.
The house floor plan is Master bedroom en suite with TV, phone, and sliding glass door onto pool patio and lake from Master Bedroom. It also has two walk-in closets, separate step in shower from huge Roman tub and double vanity with plenty of counter space. The den has a sleeper sofa fax machine and video games. The Living room has a 57" Sony High Definition TV, 20 foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of glass to view the sunsets over the lake and pool area.
The main floor is beautiful tile and new carpet (2008) in the den & Master bedroom only, this makes for a low allergen enviroment. It also reduces the musty odor that you get in some homes that are closed up when the season is slow, my place always smells fresh.The 1/2 bath and washer and dryer are off the hall leading to the game room. There are four bedrooms on the second floor and two full baths. The rear of the house is South and West exposure for ample sunbathing and beautiful sunsets.

VERY CLOSE TO DISNEY, GOLF, SHOPPING & OTHER ATTRACTIONS, SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIO AND DOWN TOWN DISNEY.
The dining nearby is from Mcdonalds, Cracker Barrel, Golden corals to theme dining.
You can get away from the touridt area and take a nice ride South on Rt. 27 and enjoy some of the quieter Florida.
If you are a water baby you can walk the beach in Daytona or St. Pete in 90 minutes.
