Centrally located, the resort community of WaterSong is the perfect place to stay. It is less than 20 miles from Disney World and conveniently located to all other activities, you will experience the excitement of Orlando by day and enjoy the peace and tranquility of WaterSong by night.

Our classic 2 story Mediterranean-style home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2 living areas within a generous 3060 Sq Ft of living space. Wireless access has been provided for those who have a laptop and need to be connected.

The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a King Bed and bears a private entrance into the covered lanai of the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom offers a deep tub for a late night retreat at your leisure. The walk-in closet has extras such as a queen air mattress, 2 portable cribs and high chair.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The 1st provides a Queen Bed with a view overlooking the vibrantly colorful streetscape of homes. The 2nd offers a cozy Full Bed and a view over the pool and conservation area. The 3rd comes with 2 Twin Beds also with a view of the pool and rustic conservation land. The 4th presents a set of Bunk Beds and an Xbox 360 with games. All bedrooms have cable TV.

Once you leave Disney, the fun stays strong. The main room features a 42" TV with a collection of DVD's for your viewing pleasure. In the game room, you will find a boom box to listen to your music while using the professional billiards table, air hockey or electronic darts.

This is a luxury florida vacation home. It is the perfect getaway for families and fun. Those who worship the sun will absolutely love the south facing private pool and spa on those hot, sunshiny days. It offers seclusion with no neighbors backing onto the property. It provides a therapeutic escape as you enjoy the abundance of natural flora and fauna. This has something for everyone.

Davenport is located southwest of Orlando. It is centrally located putting you within minutes of Orlando's theme parks and nightlife while providing peace and relaxation at the end of your day. It features orange groves, conservation land and is in close proximity to lakes.

The Davenport area is known for having many Golf Courses, Supermarkets, Shopping and Restaurants. Day tripping to the beach couldn't be easier with the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast just one hour away. The subtropical climate is very warm and humid during the summertime. Scattered showers can move in and out very quickly and return back to a gorgeous, sunshiny day in the blink of an eye. Wintertime has warm days, mild evenings with little humidity and lots of sunshine.

• Deposits: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. You are required to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit of $360 USD or 20%, whichever is greater per booking. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. If you book our home less than 8 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately
