This 2-story brand new villa located in Sunset Ridge community off the intersection of I-4 and US 27. The villa is centrally located within 2 to 15 minutes of all major attractions, stores and restaurants. It is less than 15 minutes to the main gate of Disney World, one exit away (3 miles) on I-4 from Disney World.

The villa has two master en-suites, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, with a large full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have total 4 twin beds. A 32'' flat TV is in the large bright family room, a 20'' tv in one master suite, and the other 20'' tv in the other master room. There are DVD/VCR and Gamecube with games. There is a formal dining room with seats of 6 and a breakfast nook with 4 seats. A separate laundry room, an open bar, and a large lanai. It has everything you may need except for food, which you can purchase from the near-by Wal-Mart or other grocery stores. All linens and towels are provided. BBQ grill is free of use. Crib, high-chair and stroller are also available.

1) The villa has a large private screened swimming pool (30' X 15') and spa that both can be heated. It not only receives the all day long Florida sunshine, it also privides the privacy 'cause it backs to no houses.

3) The villa has brand new top quality luxury furnitures throughout.
4) The high-speed internet is also availble and free of use.
5) Phone with unlimated long distance and local calls are free of use.
6) There is a game room in the villa with pool table and other games.
