Feel like you are stepping into a luxury 5 star resort. This villa offers you all the comfort of a home with the luxury of a hotel.

Bedrooms - Master suite - features a KING-size high quality hotel style heavenly bed and a 47 inch flat screen TV. The sliding glass in the master suite leads straight out on the the screened in balcony from which you can view the Disney Fireworks and you don’t even have to leave your home! The en suite full bath has dual sinks, separate vanity, separate shower,extra large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, phone and large antique style dresser with lots of drawer space and two night stands. A cozy chaise lounge invites to read a book, or watch TV on the large wall mounted Flat screen, or just enjoy this spacious and luxurious suite.
The second master suite features a Queen size pillow-top mattress, en suite full bath with shower/tub, closet TV, ceiling fan, ample drawer space and night stand. There is also a phone in this bedroom.
Third bedroom suite- features a Queen size pillow top mattress, an en suite full bath with shower/tub, closet, TV, ceiling fan, ample drawer space and night stand.
Twin bedrooms (two) - each twin bedroom offers two twin beds has TV, ceiling fan, large closet, and night light. Both bedrooms are professionally decorated, one in a floral theme and the other in Disney them with bold, vibrant colors. Both twin bedrooms have a TV.
Formal living room: The formal living room is a comfortable place to sit back and enjoy the space this villa has to offer. Furnished with bright red, vibrant colors, the sofas are a focal point and invite to sit, relax and look out of the oversized windows onto the spacious pool area.
The living room is furnished with cozy, comfortable sofas that are situated perfectly in the room around the Entertainment center. Enjoy a DVD on the 50 inch Flat Screen HDTV. The professional décor of this room is pleasing to the eye can also be viewed from the large kitchen with breakfast bar which is perfect for entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator ice maker, cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, glassware and cookware are provided for your use; plastic glasses are provided for use around the pool; a formal dining table seats six comfortably with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar; There is also a breakfast nook decorated in the contemporary , modern style.
A full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen in the large closet.
The Pool and spa area is oversized and south facing with privacy and no rear homes in the back. Enjoy a drink on the covered lanai with patio table/umbrella or soak up some sun on one of four chaise lounges; pool toys and noodles are provided for your use;
The Game room is equipped with a luxurious spread of games, such as a professional pool table, a foosball table and a professional roulette/blackjack table for your enjoyment. There is also a darts game mounted on the wall.
FREE INTERNET CONNECTION. If you have to work on your holiday, all you have to bring is your laptop. If you required we can also provide a laptop for the duration of your stay.

Our luxurious two story villa with private POOL and SPA is located in the quiet community of West haven less than ten miles south of Disney near the Omni Champions Gate Golf Club. There is a large shopping center including a grocery store, Walgreens, and several restaurants just minutes away. You can even treat yourself with a massage or facial at the nearby Omni Hotel Spa.

Amazing...Would Highly Recommend to Family/Friends

From the moment we entered the gated community to the moment we left, we felt safe, secure and at home! The house of course was wonderful, everything we had seen online and more. In fact the day after arriving we discovered that we could make free long distance phone calls...which was great for bragging to our friends and families that we had rented the most wonderful house, and that we arrived safe and sound! We had a minor issue with a clothes dryer malfunctioning, which was through no fault of the rental company/owners. They promptly sent a repair company, and advised that they would be replacing it immediately once we had vacated. The house was within 2 miles of a grocery store, a McDonald's and several other restaurants, which was very convenient. There was even a Super-Walmart within 9 miles, which was an easy and quick drive. Our extended family vacation was made all the more special by the luck of finding this wonderful property with a fully screened in pool/hot tub that the kids and grandparents thoroughly enjoyed, at a great price.

Home Away From Home

The home was beautiful and it just what we needed. It was like being at home away from home. The community was very nice. We stayed for 8 days and we enjoyed the house as much as we enjoyed Orlando. The highlight for my kids was the pool and the game room, it took place of not having their Xbox 360 & PS3. We watched movies on the big screen, we cooked, and we washed all our clothes before we came back. We enjoyed it so much that we will be back>

Overall the house and area were great. The home was clean and orderly until all the grandchildren arrived and from that point it was my issue, not yours. All the adults and children had a great time with the pool and the house and of course the sunshine. When we arrived Birgit Daniels was at the home and showed us around. I found that a very nice touch. Only a few minor issues. Very few washcloths, the grill was not at the house as advertised (Was supplied on Tuesday after request was made), and the TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. Overall we are pleased with the home and the service and look forward to renting from you again
