Deposits: $150 payment deposit to be taken at time of the reservation to be reduce from reservation. $200 security deposit hold taken 30 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees: $125 cleaning fee, $15 reservation fee. Travel insurance is available for very low rates. We rent play yards, high chairs, strollers,car seats, walkie-talkies, GPS, cell phones, dinner and theme park tickets.

Classy, yet inexpensive, April 17, 2009

The home that our family rented was awesome. The grocery store was a mile away and Disney is just a short 10 minute drive. The pool and hot tub are amazing! We comfortably slept 3 families in this house. The kitchen was HUGE. At one point we had 4 people cooking at one time and plenty of room! We loved having the washer and dryer to use. The rooms were all so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the convenience of having all linens and dishes there for us to use, that just means less to pack. If your family is looking for a inexpensive relaxing vacation, we recommend renting this house!! Our trip was amazing and we will be coming back next year for Spring Break!

My family & I stayed in this home for mid winter break. It was our first time to Florida & we absolutely loved it!! My kids never wanted to leave. Close to everything. We had a lot of fun, the house was gorgeous & I can't wait till next year to come back!!!

This is an amazing home. We just loved it. It's beautifuly furnished. The pool is beautiful. It was close to the supermarket and not too far from parks and shopping. I would highly recommend.
