5 Bedroom and 5 Bathroom Villa with Wooded View located in Calabay Parc exclusive community and with lot of Privacy.

Bring the entire family and spend a great vacation in this spacious and luxurious home located in one of the most prestigious communities in Central Florida.
This villa is furnished to the highest standard with upgraded furniture packages and sits on a large lot with a conservation view from your pool deck. There is a large 62 inch HDTV in the living room, which is overlooking the spacious covered pool area. The master suite with a King pillow top mattress is luxuriously appointed with tasteful furniture and a private door onto the pool area/lanai. The master bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, vanity and large walk in shower. There is also a Jacuzzi jetted tub to relax after a long day.
The second master suite with Queen Pillow top mattress is a separate area on the second floor with its separate bedroom and bathroom section. The other Queen bedroom suite has also its own bathroom with double, marble sinks.
The two twin bedrooms share one bathroom which is also spacious with two double marble sinks and a bathtub/shower.
Relax in the private loft area also equipped with a 47 inch flat screen LCD TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with all necessary cookware and equipment to cook even the most elaborate meals.
The private covered pool area has a separate bathroom outside. There is also a shower for your convenience out on the pool deck. We had a great time.

Home was clean, bright, well decorated, roomy, and comfortable. Beautiful pool & spa. Nice bathrooms. Very clean. Great location. Needed some attention: pool & spa lights & timer not working, broken knobs on dressers in two twin bedrooms, broken lamp switch, very very poor lighting in game room prevented the use of the pool table, sheets were threadbare and comforters showed their age. There were 9 people in our party and there were only 6 pool towels - asked but could not get enough for everyone. Vertical shades in kitchen area did not work. Cheap coffee maker - took forever to make a pot of coffee. No large frying pan or cooking sheets for buns and biscuits. Washer and dryer worked fine, but were extremely noisy.

Only good things to say about this rental. Very clean and nicely decorated. We didn't lack anything. We would without hesitation stay here again. Large TV, internet access, great pool, bbq, and a very large clean comfortable house.
