Close to parks

Very close to parks,and grocery shopping.The house itself was more than enough room for the 4 of us.The house is in need of some minor repairs but nothing major.Some of the repairs include phone that looks like it has been glued togather at one time,also the stove has aburner that does not work.Other minor repairs include sliding door to patio that doesnt lock.But again very minor items.The price of this property for the week and proximity to the parks made this a great place to stay,and booking it was simple the guy i booked with was very good.Would stay there again.

Wonderful 30 days in Florida

My cousin and I rented the home at 158 Blue Jay Way for the month of January 2011. The home was exactly as all the pictures we received on the internet. We loved the fact that it had 2 master suites and enjoyed the large rooms. We are hoping to rent the home again next year and would like to stay longer if possible.

We are local residents who decided at the last minute that we would like to getaway for a few nights.We were accomodated quickly and graciously. The villa was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.Located in a quiet neighborhood we enjoyed the view of the small lake from our private pool.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving break. Home was in great shape and in a nice neighborhood. All of the homes in the area were kept up and looked nice. The home itself was large and the pool was nice. The kids loved having several rooms to choose from and multiple tvs to choose from. Would definetly recommend and hope to stay in this location again. Thanks!

the house was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean. Loved it and will keep house in mind for next trip. The price was fantastic. The only problem was no toilet paper when we got there.Contact went very smooth. Thanks. Gladys Panuska
