Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
The home has an open concept floor plan. The living area overlooks the pool and wooded conservation area thru 9 foot patio doors. There are 2 sofas - 2 casual chairs, and a 37-inch LCD HD TV with cable. Sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper bed.
Complete eat-in kitchen - fully equipped with stove and oven - fridge featuring ice and cold water at door - microwave - blender - coffee maker - toaster. You will also find cooking and eating utensils including glasses - plates - mugs and pots and pans.
You can either eat in the kitchen at the full sized tile top table or in the dining area featuring a large dining table with 6 chairs and over table chandelier.
The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the lanai/pool area. King bed - large walk in closet - 19-inch color TV with cable - large master bath featuring garden tub - double sink and separate shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds - dresser - closet, TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has queen bed - 2 dressers - closet - ceiling fan and TV. All bedrooms tastefully decorated. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath off interior hallway. There is 1 sofa in the living room that pulls out into a queen sleeper bed.
Screened - heated - very private pool with covered lanai. Cushioned lounges in pool area - table and cushioned chairs and ceiling fan in lanai for outdoor meals. Separate entrance to bathroom - ideal for kids. Pool is 3ft deep to 6ft deep and has underwater lite for night swims. Unlike many owners, this is our only vacation home and our second home.

Perfect Place to relax

Home was very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Our family had plenty of room in the spacious rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool, having their own TV in the rooms, and the screened in back patio. I enjoyed the family time we spent grilling and dining on the patio, the convenience to shopping, dining, and proximity to the local attactrations, and the ability to be able to relax in this comfortable home. I loved the open floor plan and spacious kitchen that was furnished with everything our fammily needed. We will definetly be returning to this property!

Choosing this home for the fifth year in a row, says it all. We love the closeness of golf, shopping, attractions and great dining. Coastal beaches are hour/hour each direction, but we found that the attraction water parks were better. The heated swimming pool surrounded by nature and privacy, are perfect for those lazy relaxing days, enjoying the sunshine. I highly recommend this home. Wonderful quiet location, yet close to a Super Wal-mart 1 mile north, and east on Hwy 192 to unlimited amenities. Good simple routing to Disney World. We will definitely use this place again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed at this house for our trip to Orlando and we were very happy! This home is spectacular. The proximity to Disney is perfect; you are not so close that it is too busy but not too far away either. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the parks, which we thought was just right! Amenities were exactly what we needed; the instructions provided by the owner were prompt and clear, the house was very clean and the pool was fantastic. Our daughter chose to stay here at the house one day instead of going to Disney, so that was great! The seclusion and private pool setting really made this house perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner was very responsive to questions and very professional. I would definitely recommend this property! This is the ONLY way to visit Orlando!

My family and I just returned recently from a wonderful vacation to Disney. This was the perfect house for us! At night after a long day at one of the parks, we came back to the house and it felt like we had come home. Everything you could possibly need was available at the house and made it such a comfortable place to stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as described. It was nice for us to all have our own space and not be cramped up together in a small hotel room. It was also nice being able to have breakfast at the house before heading out to the parks for the day. The house is great for families travelling with children or couples wanting to share a place on vacation. It is located only 15-20 minutes from Disney and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Weeks later, we are still talking about how much we enjoyed the house and miss it. Our 3 year old refers to it as "our Disney house". I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and exactly as described. Our kids, ages 6, 8, and 10 absolutely loved the pool. Even after being in the water all day at Discovery Cove, they came home and spent the evening swimming at the house. :) Vince was great to work with and very punctual at getting the information to us and returning our security deposit in a timely manner. Overall just a great place to stay! Loved the washer and dryer! We ate out some but did eat at the house too. Went to Wal-Mart one evening for groceries. It's nice and close to the house. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This was our family's first time ever renting a house and our decision was based solely on the reviews we read. They were all so positive and now I know why! This house was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and had everything anyone could ever want on vacation. It was located in a nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but only minutes away from everything. We visited Disney and Sea World and I can honestly say that my kids (4 & 6) continuously asked to leave so we could go back to the house and swim in the pool! They enjoyed the pool more than anything else. It was so relaxing being able to come back to this house and sit out on the patio and BBQ while the kids swam. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that there was a washer and dryer! Vince was great to work with and responded to you almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone. I know next time we go to Orlando, I will definitely stay here. I couldn't imagine staying in a hotel after being so spoiled with this house!

This was our first stay in this vacation home and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need for a vacation. Having a private pool is just the icing on the cake. This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as great as our first stay. The house was immaculate, as before, and everything we needed was provided. The location is about as good as it can get. Close enough to Disney to be convenient, but not so close that there is noise or traffic. We enjoyed the quiet of the pool area and back yard, which faces a conservation area. And again, it was a peasure dealing with Vince. He makes the home rental experience the best it can be. We highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back as soon as we can.

Vince is very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and the home was found exactly as desribed. The privacy of the pool is great and the view of the woods makes it very relaxing. In the mornings we watched the birds, butterflies, and lizards outside of the screened in pool area. The decor is nice and the beds comfy. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus as we have kids. We would stay here again.

This house is exactly as advertised - quiet and private. It is set up well for multi-generation groups, with a master suite away from the main part of the house. The kitchen is set up with all the equipment needed. We would stay here again for sure.

This is our second time staying at this home & we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Extremely clean & well maintained. Close to shopping, lots of restaurants & most importantly - close to the Disney parks! It was really nice to spend a day at one of the parks & then come back to the house & lounge around the pool. Our kids loved it! Vince, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Can't wait to come back!

We loved this house. First and foremost, it was clean, quiet & comfortable. Added pluses - it was easy to find, convenient to stores & restaurants, and a quick easy drive to the Disney Parks. In the evening, we loved sitting outside in the lanai. The view from this area is beautiful - woods, as far as the eye can see - very relaxing! I would highly recommend staying is this home.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Villa. Die Villa ist sehr gross und sehr sauber, der Pool war auch immer gereinigt. Wir buchten per Internet und alles was versprochen wurde, war auch so eingehalten worden. Vince ist sehr vertrauenswürdig. Die administrative Abwicklung war absolut professional. Alle Parks (Walt Disney World, Seaworld etc.) innerhalb von einer 1/2 Stunde erreichbar. 1 1/2 Stunden Fahrt zum John F. Kennedy Space Center. Wir können diese Villa wirklich sehr empfehlen.Wir fühlten uns zu Hause dort.

My family stayed in this home June 2010 and loved it. Vince was easy to work with and great at answering questions before and during the vacation. The pictures of the home are just as the home is. A couple of rooms have even been updated since. Loved the pool, the grill, internet access, cable tv, nice kitchen (with more than one set of dishes!!!) and lots more. I walked in the garage and even found pool floats!!! Another great find is the storage closet, with extra linens, bath towels, pool towels, board games, movies, books, and Florida travel guides. They even have a book with local restaurant menus!!! The living room was bigger than the picture showed and we loved the three panel sliding glass door. Plenty of chairs and lounge chairs outside. We didn't need them but they also had a playpen and a highchair. I have already recommended this home to lots of friends and family. We will be back. Cecil and Kim

We rented this home for a little less than a week for our first family trip! It was me, my husband and our toddle. Theres plenty of room for little ones to run around and there isn't too much he could ruin or break which was helpful, haha. The pool was nice and, as others have said the house was really clean and cozy. We actually ended up watching Lion King after finding the DVD collection under the TV in the drawers (there's also a VHS collection and impressive book and board game collection in the hall closet). It was so nice after the long days out to have a home to come back to relax in. My husband and I both agree we wouldn't have been able to thuroughly enjoy ourselves in a cramped hotel room, and therefore will always go for house rental, and hopefully this home will be available for our future trips! Quiet Getaway

The house is a lovely, well-maintained haven of quiet and calm in the hectic Orlando area, but an easy 10-15 minute drive to Disney parks. It's about 1/2 hour from the airport, and easy to find, even in the dark. It's very close to a gas station, restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart. The rental rate is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this property, and I hope to stay there again in future years.

We spent 3 months at this rental and had a wonderful time. Great location near attractions and restaurants but also a nice neighborhood for early morning walks. Heated pool was a real plus. Recomnded to several friends already!

The house was PERFECT. Had everything there that was needed. Very, very clean and spacious. First time we stayed on the outside of Disney, would do it again. We spent two beautiful weeks in this villa. The villa is very large and very clean, the pool also always was cleaned. We booked per Internet and everything what was promised. Vince is very trustworthy. All parks (Walt Disney worlds, Seaworld etc.) within a 1/2 hour attainably. 1 1/2 hour trip to the John F. Kennedy Space center. We can recommend this villa we really were very at home there.
Our Florida vacation and stay at Jaybee Ave, was a wonderful relief from the weather we have been experiencing in Ontario. The house is everything you could ask for. My husband & myself are golfers, our children loved the attractions close by, the privacy with the heated pool are all a bonus. Beaches from one coast to the other only 1-1/2 hr away. A "home away from home" atmosphere. This home is tastefully decorated, supplied and clean. We were not ready to come home. Great time!
This house is wonderful! It is clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities that you could possibly want. The best part was coming back to our own pool at the end of some very long days. We have two kids and they practically lived in the pool when we were at the house. The drive to the Disney theme parks was only about 10-15 minutes away - very convenient! We will definitely be staying here again - can't wait till the next time!
We were very happy with everything that your home had to offer. It was clean, bright, spacious and gave a feeling of privacy, even though there were other houses all around. The kids loved the pool (and in hindsight, requesting to heat it would have been a plus) and my daughter told me the other day that she wanted a house just like it to live in! Thank you for making our visit to Disney complete and care-free!
We have rented many properties all over North America and this was one one of the best. The privacy and the quiet was so nice to come back to after a day at one of the parks. The proximity to the local attractions is good. This house is very well equipped and excellent value for all the amenities that are provided. I have no problem recommending this property to any of my family of friends knowing that they would be as satisfied as us by staying here. Thanks for providing such a nice property.
