Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

Luxurious 5 bed 3.5 bath home located 12 minutes from Disney & close to all major attractions. Equipped with all the amenities for a great vacation including a private screened in pool overlooking the tennis court. Corner lot gives extra privacy. Unlimited FREE calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, & UK. Gameroom with pool table, foosball, air hockey, PS2 with 19 games, controllers, wheel & pedals, & an electronic dart game PLUS an electronic basketball game. There is a security safe, ac, ceiling fans, washer, dryer etc. 2 master bedrooms both with en-suites. One master has Jacuzzi tub with large walk-in shower. There is another queen bedroom & two twin rooms. All bedrooms have cable TV and 4 of the rooms have DVD players as well. Family rooms each have 60” TVs. One has DVD and the other DVD/VCR combo, lots of movies, board games, & books. Kitchen fully equipped with all appliances including icemaker, dishwasher, & microwave plus all utensils & cookware.

Area Description

Ideally located for all the major attractions and offers a children’s play area, tennis court and community center with gym equipment actually situated on this superb development. All of these facilities are within walking distance of the villa. Disney World, Celebration and the world renowned International Drive with it's numerous attractions are all within a 20 minute drive. Many other facilities including a whole host of shops, diners, bars, restaurants, bank and hypermarket are all within minutes of our front door. There are over 20 golf courses to be found within a 20 mile radius and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course, which is the home of David Leadbetters Golfing Academy, is located only 5 minutes drive away.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Our house is on a corner lot overlooking the tennis court which gives plenty of privacy. We are close to all major attractions yet far enough away to feel some peace and quiet. Best of both worlds!
